So, if she bought a house near the one he already owned and has owned for years just to mess him up should he be released, is there some kind of ‘first in time, first in right’ idea so that she cannot somehow chase him away? She knew where his farm was before her dad bought that house, so if they are too close it is her doing, not his.

If @Seeker1 really is Kirby Kanarek, I find it incredibly sad and telling that at the time her daughter, her daughter’s boyfriend and her own husband have been proven to have worked in concert over time to drive a good man insane and ruin him, she feels it necessary to come onto a public forum and comment.

Staying at a very high level here, but “least restrictive environment” is an important element of treatment to avoid violating the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act. A patient has a right to their social and familial networks and separating them from those networks without the medical necessity violates those federal statutes.

Justice prevailed. This is the verdict I was expecting personally and it seems like a reasonable choice. I want to hear the interviews of attorney if available anywhere. It will improve his mental health and I’m sure he’ll find some piece.

Sadly, I don’t think Lauren is safe. She is in danger - from herself. She is already posturing and fuming on SM… she is her own worst enemy. Anyone holding her hand and aiding and abetting that behavior is not helping her.
I can only think how unhappy she must actually be inside (I guess the drugs helped with that) to have to lash out constantly over the years, revelling in confrontation and scheming - and taking pride in that behavior.
Not safe. Not truly happy.

Burger flippers probably earn more… based on pay per hours worked. They do not flip burgers 24/7, after all.

My thing is, you can’t get upset when people are talking about things that are true. If you’re unsatisfied with your own actions, own it, and change. Otherwise, you only have yourself to be mad at. LK and fam did and said some nasty things, and thats on them. If they’re OK with this behavior, then whatever.
These “power” and/or money games rarely end well in the long term. While LK was the victim of a shooting, there’s still some thing she could learn from the experience, if she chooses not to, then that’s her decision. There’s no point in trying to make sense of it or engage with her and Co. Most of us are on very different wavelengths with our moral compasses pointing in different directions. The best thing, really, is to ignore them.

Quite possibly. But he has 19000 pages of her SM, her addiction, etc. to use in civil court and a jury is even less likely to award her money.
She is predatory all right. Maybe Ysleta taught her well, directly or indirectly. The black dress and veil for playing ninja on MB’s property may be a leaf from the family tree.

You have quotes of lots of posters saying she lied under oath. Wasn’t that proven? Isn’t that what the whole impeaching thing was all about that MB’s lawyer did?
Maybe he can learn other new things about his client, at this case. Isn’t he the one who seemed so shocked that he was privately recorded during their first meeting?
Will the civil trial allow all the emails and text messages so everyone can learn just how involved people other than just Bob was in this whole taking down MB plot?
I wish I could. I searched FB for Bob’s name and I found nothing but articles and her testimony.
I feel bad for the community that is trying to support her. They only know what this family has lied to them about all these years. They don’t want to believe that they were so wrong in thinking this family were upstanding citizens, versus people who were willing to plot and “finish the ba$tard”.

Yep, welcome to mutual assured destruction, Kanarek style, counselor!! Sure, they’re on tape talking about illegal recordings, but he doesn’t have a copy. Meanwhile they’ve recorded him in a massive breach of ethics and they do have copy. And so does Bilinkas!!
