Barisone Verdict Is In: Not Guilty By Reason of Insanity

I guess their next line will be that he planned an SSS on them.

It will be interesting to see if either of those is the next line they throw out (esp. given how RG is suddenly harping about “a shovel.”)

Cards of thanks for MR B and Mr D written, where do I send them?

What really strikes me is the consistent use of phrase and theme from LK and crew, both before and after the shooting.

I just went back and watched Mr. B’s closing statement in its entirety. Had seen parts but never the whole thing. To say he hit it out of the ballpark would be an understatement. What an amazing man and after that, if I had been Mr. S., I might have been tempted to throw my hands up and just surrrender. It truly would have been difficult for the jury to reach any other verdict. Felt so bad for MB having to sit there and it really laid out just how horrible those 2 creatures are. So glad justice was done and am very surprised that Taylor did not interrupt him during the closing.

Send them to Edward Bilinkas’s law office would be my suggestion. But addressed to Mr. B. & Mr. D. I think Mr. Bilinkas would let Mr. D. know there was a letter for him, if not hand it to him directly.

Someone may have Mr. D.'s address handy.

Those who wish to write to Barisone can do so via defense attorney Ed Bilinkas. Letters should be addressed this way: M. Barisone C/O Bilinkas Edward J., 415 State Route 10,STE #1, Randolph, N.J. 07869

I am not sure that we can assume the K family shares all of LK’s delusions here. Her mother has only posted in the vein of “leave my little poppet alone cruel world,” and her father has said nothing under his own name, and I don’t for a minute believe he is IM. Other than that first outburst, jury is insane for an insanity decision, we’ve heard nothing from their legal team.

LK is a lifelong SM troll and stalker. Up to now all her big conflicts have been with vulnerable less protected people and they have mostly flown under the radar of law enforcement. She has avoided trials for her assault charges. She has never been in a situation before when she has been held publicly accountable.

Up to now she has learned that she can “win” online fights at least in her own mind by being nastier, more vulgar, and more outrageous in her lies than other people. She’s very similar to DHub in that way, but also to many many SM trolls.

So I think she cannot help herself from engaging in this behavior even if she has to use another account to do so. People who are deeply engaged with conflict online tend to get overly invested in it and think scoring points matters in some larger sense. It does not of course in most cases because social media is transient and limited. It’s true that old posts can come back to haunt you however long after the specific conflict is forgotten.

Anyhow, a troll’s gotta troll.

Especially a troll with cyclical mood swings that may or may not have a chemical substance component.

When Rob said on the witness stand he did no work over the board trade, I believe that. It was corroborated by other witness testimony. And it made him look worse and damaged his overall case.

It doesn’t really matter what rubbish gets posted in his name on chat groups. If the civil suit proceeds, he would need to actually prove his claims plus explain his actual testimony on record from the criminal trial.

Trolls and junkies and delusional flusterclucks are always looking to win an immediate dispute, and will say whatever occurs to them at the moment. Three days later they will say something different in response to the same issue.

It’s useful and entertaining to track the convolutions online. But honestly our brains will explode of we tr to make a coherent picture out of all the lies.

They would have to be delusional to think that the Facebook posts that “RG” is making now are going to do anything to help their case. Especially two weeks after the verdict.

No doubt those topics were probably halfway down the page to oblivion, buried under all the more recent Johnny Depp topics, until s/he bumped them back up again.

There are the posts from her cousin, mother, and other FB posters very closely connected to the family all pushing the LK line in the comments under various news articles about the trial.

Thanks for providing that information. I hope Mr. D also gets his fair share of appreciation.

Oh, boy.

That’s another very useful line to remember here on the BB. And online in general.

As someone who read a lot of Agatha Christie and Dick Francis books back in the day, I was glad to finally experience afternoon tea for myself. Lol.
