The verdict seems the best for all parties. It’s the one verdict where all parties have a chance to rebuild their lives.

It will be interesting to see when or even if MB is released. We won’t know if they do a real analysis and find severe TBI from repeated concussions or other cognitive decline from aging or any other mental disorders. If he can improve and be released, then he can apply to SafeSport to be re-instated. Since it is established he shot a client/tenant twice in the chest, I don’t know how they will approach that.

LK can settle down now that the trial is over or maybe after the hearing. Ignoring posters on SM would help. She can go on with riding, recovery, and possibly physical therapy to get over her injuries. The barn she is at looks lovely and the training looks great from YouTube videos. Whatever the motive of posting the interesting lesson, it was good to see her in training.

I don’t know what SafeSport will do with online bullying. If they go for one then they go for all. Online bullying can be avoided by not looking at social media and by ignoring what is said. I don’t know what laws concern that.

Older communications have some established laws concerning harassment or sending bad information.

I think it’s probably time to ask the moderators to shut the threads down until there is new information such as MB being released.

You missed (probably purposefully) that I’m referencing that exact post in which they 100% used ‘burger flipper’ as a disparaging term. And I was not vicious. I was uncompromising in condemning that. It was even said at a time when fast food places all over America could not open b/c workers were over being trashed by customers. I stand by it and you saying over and over again the past 24 hours that it was vicious does not make it so. And you’re only drawing even more attention to what they said, a plain reading of which was absolutely disrespectful.

I saw it happen, and I’ve been looking for clips but can’t find any. It was on CourtTV during a break from all things Johnny Dept. I was channel surfing and landed there while they replayed the verdict.

Quick summary - this is why they never took The plea. It was all or nothing, and they didn’t want lessers included. What Michael wants is for the truth to come out.

They asked him about the straight NG’s with regards to RG and he said something I don’t remember and, “this makes everything even better (or sweeter).

I’ll keep watching for it.

Huh? Are you talking about the Anne Klein place or in general? Regular citizens seeing a shrink dont see anyone else generally. The avg visit is 30 minutes. This I know a lot about. But if its important for you to be right, carry on.

I’m a regular person and I been involved with mental health professionals since a young age due to abuse of many types. My therapy had almost always consisted of more than one mental health professional on my ‘team’ in different capacities. The simplest of which has been the team of psychiatric doctor and general counselor who took care of my medical and mental health needs together, as they related to the issues I was dealing with. This is not unusual in the scope of my own dealings with mental health professionals over the course of 40+ years.

Perhaps because he doesn’t think it would be a good idea for a juror to expose themselves to any sort of attack by Klan Kanerek.

Or it could be that he was/is concerned that a juror (or jurors) will reveal that they thought he (da judge) appeared to show a definite bias in favor of the prosecution.

SafeSport seems like they could be the first party to act against her though, as they can do so independently of the NGB. That’s actually the whole point of the way it is designed. Then, all of LKs claims that MB and MHG pulled high level strings with the NGB to get action taken against her become moot.

RG threatened the then 16 year old working student.
I would hope that would be something SS would look into.

I’m curious what Judge T would think of the civil attorney dragging the jury the way he did on Court TV. That was so bad even CourtTV experts have questioned whether or not the NJ Bar will censure him.

I know Judge T has no authority to do anything about it. Just curious what he thinks.
