Barisone Verdict Is In: Not Guilty By Reason of Insanity

Never posted on any of these threads but have read every. single. comment.

Just coming on to say that I cannot calm my desire to birth @DreadPirateRoberts love child. Even though I know that feat is physically impossible. But still. My loins ache for him. :heartpulse:

Funny, this clown looks like he slept in his clothes, rolled out of bed, forgot to comb his hair and then showed up for a televised interview.

Not what I would expect from a ā€œglobal top 5 blue chip law firmā€!!!

Jurors giving interviews always scares me. As seen recently in the Ghislaine Maxwell and Scott Peterson cases, if there is any impropriety, it will be jumped on. Iā€™m not sure how that would work for a NG/NGI verdict and I donā€™t want to find out. Although Iā€™d love to hear their thoughts, I really hope all of them throw away those letters from 48 Hours.

I have not harassed or stalked anyone here or on social media so Iā€™m not sure how you find this ironic at all.

But apparently if I donā€™t want to be attacked by random people, I need to tag some of those people whose responses I was actually looking for.

When will we see the LK family celebrating and doing interviews with the news people? That should be priceless.

Yes, and he could have said, ā€œFine, Iā€™m happy to see you take your horses out of training. I wishe you well with your next trainer.ā€

He didnā€™t. He gave her the apartment as part of the deal to keep her business.

You missed (probably purposefully) that Iā€™m referencing that exact post in which they 100% used ā€˜burger flipperā€™ as a disparaging term. And I was not vicious. I was uncompromising in condemning that. It was even said at a time when fast food places all over America could not open b/c workers were over being trashed by customers. I stand by it and you saying over and over again the past 24 hours that it was vicious does not make it so. And youā€™re only drawing even more attention to what they said, a plain reading of which was absolutely disrespectful.

If Iā€™m so terrifying, why keep having a go at me when Iā€™ve not responded to or engaged with you in recent memory? If youā€™re so terrifically terrorised do stop engaging me, responding to my posts, repeatedly tagging me, and stalking me from thread to thread. Itā€™s creepy and gives lie to how honest you are about being so terrorised.

Hmmmm, where have we seen that gambit before?

Physically impossible because DreadPirateRoberts lives in cyberspace or because the screen name is voiced by a woman?

I hope the professionals helping MB will give him the skills he needs to cope with SM and whatever else he may confront when living on his own. I have no idea about SM and restraining orders. LKā€™s social media aggression seems to be indirect as in talking about others. I donā€™t know if thatā€™s covered by a restraining order. I hope so.

Yes, CH had a major, multi post, tagging extravaganza go at me while I slept last night. Thankfully there were some lovely folks who had my back. Now s/he has brought it over to this thread I guess b/c the other one was locked. Just really odd behaviour to keep pursuing a vicious terrorist.

Sorry you got attacked out of nowhere, too.

Iā€™m not knowledgable about criminal law and related things like ROs. Iā€™m sure there is someone who can answer and @Knights_Mom is a good start b/c she incredibly knowledgable. If she doesnā€™t know, she can usually help find the info.

But it is an interesting question and Iā€™ll be following along for the answer as well.

Pretty funny that your post followed right after my previous one!

Exactly. He has paid a huge price both emotionally, financially, and professionally for want of a few thousand. :frowning: Itā€™s just so sad.

Are you saying that the intent was EXTORTION?

This would not be a good look to contact the other barn. I am sure they are aware of what is happening and probably going through their own Hell trying to figure how to move forward with this psycho and prevent the same thing from happening there.

At least one of her former trainers refuses to speak about her.

Canā€™t say I blame them there! Iā€™m sure even if her time with them was ā€œuneventfulā€ (and maybe it wasnā€™t - it just obviously didnā€™t end as badly as her time with MB) they want to distance themself from her hatefulness.

Jeebus! You got that from my statement? Think on it a moment longer. He has lost so much because he made that agreement with LKā€™s father. How much was he supposed to make from the father? Not that much in the grand scheme of things. Heā€™s lost his emotional health, a great deal of $$ in legal fees, and he essentially has no income at the moment. I bet if he had to do it all over again he would tell JK to pound sand and then sell a horse if he had bills to pay. Oh, and he lost his freedom for almost 2 years (not to mention any peace of mind).

What an interesting little tit for tat thing you are doing there. Kind of like a threat.

It does not matter what side you want to pick - speculation about RL names is not appropriate - as much as we would love to help some ā€œoutā€ themselves.

I think the term I bolded is going to become something we rarely see in the future - as LK becomes more and more unravelled and delighted with herself. She always ā€œwinsā€, remember. She never ā€œmisses her targetā€. If anyone found many of her posts and attacks across SM to be appalling before - sadly, I think the worst is yet to come.

It is possible to see her as a sad person - and yet not be ā€œsympatheticā€ and make excuses for her. She did not learn a damn thing from her tragic shooting - instead, it may embolden her. At some point, that will backfire on her as long as she is aided and abetted as opposed to truly helpedā€¦ she truly is her own worst enemy.

It certainly sounded like thatā€™s what the judge wanted them to do. I wonder if he was holding the wastebasket for them at the door? Maybe he had the bailiff do it.
