Barisone Verdict Is In: Not Guilty By Reason of Insanity

I think that’s right. But since everybody had been in Florida, JH didn’t have to “move out” … he just had to move from Florida to the barn and LK/RG moved from Florida into “his” apartment.

Is the swarming about to begin again?

I was just trying to figure out what you considered snarky and what was OK, that is all.

And let’s pray he gets the hell out of there in 30 days and transferred to some place SAFE!

Remove the oxygen. Stop replying or commenting on her FB, twitter, COTH, etc posts. Ignore her. Any attention to her is enabling her behavior.

I think you’re quite capable of figuring that out on your own.

Clearly I am not. Because to me the whole thing about cockroaches (and several others) is snarky, but since you have called everyone here things like that, I have a feeling that your line for snarky is a little different than mine. Since you made no snarky as a requirement of a response, I thought it only fair that we all know where that line is for you.

But strictly as a practical matter, who would take over his tasks then? Laundry/chauffeur/lackey and whatever else he does.

Who secures their drugs? That is also an important job.
I would guess it is him.

I hope if any of them talk to 48 Hours, they are asked about that subject.

Really? You’re going to resurrect something that far in the past? Why? Don’t you have anything better to do? The trial is over and the result was just. Can’t you just be happy with that and move on? Why keep picking at a wound?

They can always find some new junkie that needs a few bucks.

The only reason to keep RG around is because he knows where the bodies are buried, so to speak.

I’m sorry you had to deal with someone like this. It’s unfortunate MB hadn’t learned that very difficult lesson before he met the queen of toxicity, LK. I’m glad you were able to protect yourself in the end.

Well, I would think that’s a pretty big reason in their position.

If it ever looked like he was going to jump ship to the other side, testify, whatever, things might change. Dramatically.

Right. What do they call that? Narcissistic supply?

Let’s not disparage honest people working for a living, FitzE. That’s what you viciously attacked RND for, even though it was obvious to me that an honest reading of her posts contained zero disrespect for workers in low skill jobs.

What was the word for the technique of creating a clear false impression, but making sure that each statement individual statement was literally a true statement?

On the closed thread, I noticed you said something along the lines of “I believe I’ve been accused of being DreadPirateRoberts. I’ll take that as a compliment.” Then something addressed to the “real” DreadPirateRoberts.

DreadPirateRoberts was extremely clever, and a welcome interlude on these threads, so it is indeed a compliment if anyone thinks you’re DreadPirateRoberts.

I have no way of knowing who DreadPirateRoberts is, but the obvious characteristics are: someone extremely clever and articulate, and someone who is firmly anti-LK, but is not blatant in the expression of their anti-LK sentiments. It is difficult for me to imagine DreadPirateRoberts is not an alter for someone already on the Barisone threads.

I would be more than happy to refrain from speculating on the identity of any screen name if the speculation on the identity of IM and other LK- sympathetic posters ever died off, but it never has. Probably never will.

Goose/gander and all that.

I am not sure, based on this week’s turn of events, that either LK or JK are the legal eagles they tout themselves to be! Their personal attorneys are not very impressive either!

Agreed - why on earth would anyone want to harass another business barn like that? Let LK sink herself on her own with her “winning” attitude - and leave those who are just trying to make a living the hell alone.

Just no. :no_mouth:

To interject some levity (and a complete aside to recent posts but a poke at previous allegations that some folks here are “MB fangirls”) - a friend just told me that her niece (a dressage rider who is in law school) has been following the trial and confessed that she “now wants to have Mr. Bilinkas’ babies.”
