Barisone Verdict Is In: Not Guilty By Reason of Insanity

You’re rather late to the discussion. Tell me, if MB even had problems with LK when they first started working together in FL, why did he kick his assistant trainer out of the apartment to make way for the toxic woman? He did the exact opposite of backing away. The question is why? Thank you for not becoming snarky or insulting in your response. I appreciate that.

And this bit from the bio caught my eye:

For the past five years, the firm has been working on a well-followed short-selling litigation case. The multi-billion dollar suit is against hedge funds engaged in a major short-selling scam. The funds are accused of distributing false information about a company to obtain significant profits.

I may be mis-remembering but did I see something way back (last year maybe?) that JK’s legal endeavors had something to with hedge funds? Or am I thinking of something/someone else entirely?

Actually, that was answered in her “6 part Manifesto”. MB did tell her she couldn’t stay on the farm due to the damage to the house….and she “fought for her rights”….

How did she get her foot in the door? She didn’t have a right to the apartment, especially if it was already occupied by an employee.

Will he be mixing with the general population and therefore vulnerable to “rapes and assaults”? And I would think someone would think twice about assaulting a 6’3" guy who was in pretty good shape physically (before being locked up for 2-/12 years).

Legal beagle types…. Could a protection order be written in such a way to include social media attacks? Like could she be legally mandated not to mention his name or reference him in any way on social media? I think that would likely be the only way to stop her continuous harassment…

IIRC it was when they moved back from Florida for the season, so the apartment was technically “empty” even though JH always lived in it before

TRUE THAT!!!
And @Inigo-montoya, “you never know what a jury will do”…we do now…don’t we?!

Huh? Are you talking about the Anne Klein place or in general? Regular citizens seeing a shrink dont see anyone else generally. The avg visit is 30 minutes. This I know a lot about. But if its important for you to be right, carry on.

I have been following this since 2019, so not late to the discussion at all; just prefer to let read along. I have commented a few times. In terms of MB backing away; since his business was located on the property it would be rather difficult. And even a very sane person gets sucked in by this personality type and has a lot of trouble separating the truth from the lies. I had to see a psychologist who told me to either physically move to the other side of the country or put up an emotional barrier and not let that person inside of it ever! Since that person did not live on my property it was easy to just cut her out of my life completely. (The rest of my family did this as well.) MB did not have those options nor, in his state, could he see a way to step away. His psychotic break is completely linked to her actions. She gets no sympathy from me.

She and daddy threatened him to force him to allow her to stay on the farm. She made that very clear in her “Manifesto”….

She also tried to claim that JH was mad because MB just gave her his apartment because she was such an awesome client….but really she forced JH out of his apartment by demanding that she be allowed to stay on farm. She said she makes that a requirement for boarding her horses….

If she gets a ban, yes. But that has not happened yet.

I don’t see how they can determined who shot since no fingerprints or gunshot residue tests were done. No evidence of a third shell casing was found. So no proof of attempt to kill RG. No proof of how it all went down.

Funny, that seems to be a bit of a trend for their attorneys.

Now that the jurors are somewhat “free” to look around (which they certainly ARE!), I’m sure they are amazed at what they are finding OUTSIDE of what they were told at trial.

I believe his exact feeling about juries was, “While American juries tend to be incredibly stupid…”

Sounds like someone’s civil attorney.

Wasn’t the second floor (where LK and RG lived) damaged from the broken water pipe? And therefore not habitable? So since she and Daddy-O had 'coerced" MB to allow her to live on the farm, MB gave her the top floor apartment and moved JH to the barn.

Red flag right there. The only people I have ever known to live on the farm are BOs, trainers, staff, and working students. Current farm also rents out farmhouse - used to have an airb’n’b (so maybe an occasional boarder overnight), but no longer.
