OK. That there is an example of a lie. IM has not said that he is “out to ruin MHG”. He has said that, as a prediction, he does not expect to see her on a US Olympic team based on her actions in 2019.
He has made no statements that he has a plan to ruin her or intends to ruin her, just predicts that the Olympics is not in her future.
Not a lie. Just the story as I remember, ya know, that story in my head.

So, she is conflating a sign that is likely up at every single barn in NJ that states that under NJ law, pros and barn owners are not liable for injury or death caused by activity related to horses with signing a liability release? My NJ-based trainer makes us sign one despite the signs plastered everywhere. To my knowledge, NJ law makes it extremely difficult to sue for injury or death related to HORSES except in cases of extreme negligence, but a liability waiver is not only extra insurance, but could include more broad liability releases. I would sure have clients sign one if I was a trainer or BO in any state, even NJ.
ETA: I don’t see how ANY liability release would exempt someone from filing suit if shot, unless it was at a shooting range, and even then…

I don’t guess it’s occurred to you that MHG testified that she was so scared of what LK and RG were putting everyone at the barn through that she called and asked her father to come. That she sent her child away for his/her own safety. Maybe she left so fast because RG and JK came to the barn the next day. Maybe she left so quickly because of the trauma and for her own mental health so that she can continue to take care of her child(ten). Maybe her heart was broken by leaving but maybe she had no choice.

Can I get an assist here? Anyone have quick access to the Girl Joey posts and LK/RG following a stranger around a store filming her while body shaming and mocking her and trying to get an up-skirt shot when she bends over and then posting that video on facebook?
Because @CurrentlyHorseless seems to think Eggbutt discussing LK’s IRL criminal record and harassment is even worse than just the two examples above. And, remember, those are just two examples - there are 18,998 we don’t even know about and that’s only as relates to this case.
No. Timing has no bearing on the fact that LK admitted she had a plan to destroy him. That stand-alone fact that she admitted, smugly and proudly, under oath, is all I need. I wasn’t ‘suggesting’ anything. Please read the plain English of the post. You are defending someone who thinks it is normal and acceptable to plan to destroy people.
What are YOU suggesting? That such a plan is okay depending on the timing?

I think her “finish the bastard” was hyperbole/rhetoric on par with “this is war” from Barisone.
Since he was the one who resorted to gunfire, it seems he was the one speaking more literally.
I think in the last weeks the two “warring” parties were equally matched in stupid, provocative, combative behavior. If any of MB, LK, or MHG had been rational, the shooting would not have happened.
I have seen the GJ message screenshot numerous times. It’s horrific.
I still want to know what LK ever did to Eggbutt to warrant Eggbutt’s obsession.

I don’t suppose it occurred to you that MHG left out of concern for the well being of her children, given the threatening behavior of LK and RG? And herself as well? What mother would want to stay in that situation with CPS being called (without cause, I might add)? I have no doubt it was a difficult thing to do, but with the irrational behavior and threats from LK and RG, was there really any other choice?

IM has said a lot of crap about essentially getting MHG banned/suspended. That is literally the only purpose to the dire warnings of getting USEF, SS, USDF, whatever else alphabet soup to listen to recordings that LK is to chicken to put out there herself.
We’ve listened to this spew for well over two years now. Crap or get off the pot. If the powers that be were going to ban MHG over whatever LK and crew fantasizes they have, well, they would have done it by now….or LK has been too chicken to give it to them because then she’d have to put up and she’s got nothing just like she had nothing in the trial.
