I wouldn’t call it useless. The statements that she made, when exposed to the light of day and the truths revealed by the trial, offer a glaring insight as to the level of deception imposed upon us and the world.

Her own statements and postings, along with her own behavior, show everyone all that needs to be known about this person.

To the point of stating that what Eggbutt posts here is much worse than what LK posts on SM.

So, to recap:

• Girl Joey: relentlessly harassing a mother about the death of her minor son
• IRL targeting a stranger who never did anything to LK, body shaming, stalking her trying to get an up-skirt shot, posting all this on facebook
• trashing a BO with an on-line review in which she mentions the BO’s ethnicity (hint: it’s not white)

CH contends that Eggbutt posting about this case here is worse.

Again, colour me not surprised that CH has been unable or unwilling to explain the above. Oh, she’ll eventually say, again, “I abhor LK’s on-line behaviour”, but she will not back up her assertion that Eggbutt’s posts here are worse. Nor will she show us Eggbutt’s lies (let alone, what was her latest demand, “Provide the post number.”)

Eggbutt’s story is not the only thing she feels entitled to. The entitlement complex is strong with that crew.

The other thing that @CurrentlyHorseless refuses to acknowledge is that of Eggbutt and LK, only one has been banned here, and it is NOT Eggbutt.

Why is that?

The moderators here do an incredible job, especially concerning the number of threads and posts about the Barisone case and trial. Not only moderating the written posts on the forum, but many of us have had to go to them concerning threats made to us by LK.

CurrentlyHorseless insisting that Eggbutt’s post are anywhere near the realm of crap that has been spewed by LK are nothing short of hilarious, and insults the ability of the moderators here.

CurrentlyHorseless wants us to believe their narrative that Eggbutt was nastier than LK, as if that is even possible!

I do know these things.

1. Eggbutt is still here and able to post freely.

2. LK is not here as she earned a ban, and is not able to post freely.

3. Eggbutt has never threatened me or my livelihood on this forum.

4. LK is not the only person who is downright delusional about what happened.

CH showed her/his hand with the VKB/MHG comment. Definitely someone who knows more in real life than she/he will admit. eggbutt is upfront that she/he has personal knowledge of the people involved. CH you should admit your own personal knowledge/involvement if you expect to have any credibility.

Thanks for posting those, Trub. I am not sure I remember seeing them before but I was struck by IM’s comment that the jury didn’t need to hear testimony about “character” to reach a decision. It seemed to me that IM seemed to be a bit worried about such testimony. Gee, I wonder why?

And regarding MB’s alleged “violent, erratic temper” - don’t you think if that were the case, the prosecution would have dragged in a plethora of witnesses who could support that viewpoint?

Well, he did contact a PI to conduct a background investigation about the drug addict grifters who refused to vacate his property and whose campaign of terror was escalating from just social media to actual physical acts (such as creeping around the barn at night, installing hidden cameras and recording devices, secretly recording private conversations between others at the barn, sneaking into MB’s office and attempting to access his files, safe, etc. (maybe even succeeding at that…), calling in false reports to SS, calling in FI and BI to report “code violations” (the same code violations they had been living with for how many months?), etc. etc.

I truly, truly, truly hope the contents of the PI’s report are revealed during the civil cases. Judge Taylor shut down any testimony about that information, and I can’t help but think that if the jury had been allowed to hear it, the verdict would have been a straight up NG.

I venture to say the only person the prosecution could find willing to testify to this is the person who posted here. If our curious questions to her caused her to flee the forum and delete her posts, imagine how she would have held up being questioned by Bilinkas! IMO, people who are afraid of someone and/or believe they are dangerous and unethical, don’t go back to them a second time. Credibility dissolves. I don’t doubt this person felt something but it certainly wasn’t to the degree we’ve been led to believe it was and I hope she can get past her anguish of her experience.
