Can any on our legal eagles on here advise on who is typically allowed at an evidentiary hearing?
Obviously the attorneys - so Bilinkas and Deininger, and Schellhorn and Bennett (wasn’t that younger guy helping Schellhorn?). And the judge - so Taylor.
Who else? Legal assistants, law clerks, court staff? Is it filmed? Was L&C there, or a video crew directly employed by the court?
Defendant? Witnesses such as victims? What about their personal representatives?
Are “casual observers” such as friends, family, etc. allowed in the gallery?

Typically an evidentiary hearing is the judge and his staff, a court reporter, attorneys and their staff, and the defendant. Anyone else is up to the discretion of the judge, and since a lot of evidence is likely to be excluded, most judges keep that circle pretty tight so that inadmissible stuff doesn’t get out.
Victims have a right to be advised of the status, but at least here in my state they don’t necessarily have the right to be present at a closed hearing.

Wow, if she was mocking me her very loose grasp of the English language rendered it completely ineffective because…what the ever loving 
is that string of words?! 
Honest to Jaysus, if I didn’t know she was born and raised in NJ I would be kinder towards her posting style because I would assume English was not her first language and think she was doing pretty well, considering.
I was raised bilingual and I can’t imagine making that much of a dog’s dinner in either tongue!

This is so striking in this case. Like a certain US politician that LK loves to excoriate, she is the most clear example of projection I have ever seen. A couple examples:
- LK said MB body shamed people
-> LK body shamed the young woman stranger she stalked through a shop - They had a coordinated effort in the trial to make sure both LK and RG said MB told racist jokes:
-> LK posted a racist trash review of a BO in NC - LK called MB a ‘perv’ on these boards (post miraculously still there/not deleted)
-> what could possibly more more pervy than:
- speculating what graphic sex act a young woman was involved in when her minor son was drowning
- following a young stranger in a store, stalking her and waiting to capture on film an up-skirt shot when she bends over
Granted, 1. is depraved with a pervy twist; 2. is straight up pervy as and clear evidence of a sexually disturbed sicko
I once lived in an Asian country in which it is a law - it cannot be worked around by hacking - that iPhones make a loud, obnoxious click sound when one takes a picture or a loud BING! when one takes a video specifically because of predatory sexual perverts doing exactly what LK and RG were doing in the store that day. Let that sink in.
Public sexual harassment is what they were engaged in that day. Sick minds in sick bodies.

If that were the case, after 2.5+ years of threads on COTH, someone would have piped up with that.
We’ve seen one, very vague suggestion of an issue.
I am NOT saying that means it’s not truthful, but certainly it’s not widespread.

I know someone who takes suboxone and I can tell you it doesn’t prevent you from getting high using other drugs. As I understand it, if you take extra suboxone you can get a high from that alone.
