I would guess the defense was thinking of going down the rabbit hole to disprove yet another allegation. Then figured it was just not worth it, let the jurors just think about it like they did with everything else.

Or he realized that he was about to try to smear the reputation of an olympic medalist on the American team and stopped himself.

I also wonder if he decided to recalibrate his approach as a result of her testimony before he cross examined her. As I recall, she was practically in tears describing her concerns for MB.

Maybe the prosecutor elected not to look like quite that much of a monster to the jury. Especially since he probably knew full well there was no there there.

If I were in her shoes, I would certainly not set foot on that property. There are plenty of other places to do business in Wellington and Loxahatchee.

I cannot imagine that anyone with a reputation or even just basic decency will associate themselves with any person or place associated with LK. That’s deal breaker.

Meh. I have no idea what the situation is there. For all we know, the current barn owners may be frantically trying to get LK off the property.

Plus it sounds like LK does not work with that trainer at all, but works with somebody else who comes in from outside, or something like that?

My point was that if AB wants to continue teaching that trainer, she probably does not have to set foot on that specific property to do so. I would imagine she has lots of options.

Wait, so Ali Brock, that great witness we saw in the trial, has to go to Paradigm to train the owner there - where LK is who is smearing Ali’s name all over this BB, on facebook, etc. and who has hinted that she’s hired a ‘top ten global blue chip law firm’ which has argued several SCOTUS cases blah blah blah stare decisis (or whatever twaddle she was babbling on that thread) to sue someone or something big (people were speculating she’s going to try to sue SS and USEF)?

If I were Ali I wouldn’t step foot on that property until LK was no longer there. I honestly hope she has someone with her at all times as LK has been so vocal in targeting her, I would be concerned for Ali’s safety.

Same for MHG. I’d make sure if there was even a slight chance LK might be at the same place at the same time, I’d make sure I had a couple people around me if I were MHG. Can’t be too careful with people like that.

And now apparently Lara Osborne needs to be on the high protection list if CurrentlyHorseless’ obsession is related to LK as well.

I hope they are frantically trying to get LK off the property, with the kids there and wanting not to have to trailer to AB. Imagine having one border whose presence makes the BO change his schedule. Even if they are, I’d not venture a foot on there until she’s gone for good and all.

I hadn’t seen that post before, but I (thankfully) never followed her on FB. Do you know when that was posted? Did the timing coincide with another veiled insinuation on the SS thread on H/J about “corruption at the highest levels of USEF”?

I am wondering if that is when she learned that Ali Brock was on Mr. B’s witness list and felt compelled by her own delusions and paranoia to start working to undermine Brock’s credibility. I also wonder if she had a personal gripe with Brock - did she perhaps run into her in FL (maybe at the new farm?), or perhaps ask her to be her new trainer but Brock declined? (As said before, some personality types don’t handle rejection very well…)

LK would do the things she’s accusing others of in a hot second if she could which is why she assigns negative motive and secret conspiracies to others.

I do not find it weird at all that people are liking things here but not posting.

No way to guess why they do not want to post but a good guess is that they do not want to be on the radar of the LK Clan. Likes are anonymous (until someone posts their name). Which makes it easy to show your approval and not have anyone from the LK clan chasing after you for daring to be “against them”.

Ironically Ali Brock instructs at Paradigm, at least she used to coach Leif Aho at his facility. I have no idea if they still work with each other or not.

The way LK’s mind seems to work, I wouldn’t be surprised if she wanted to train with Brock because it would be a great way to twist the knife in MB. And she could try to slyly pick Brock’s mind to find out what she knew about the defense strategy. (Didn’t LK brag after she had recovered from the shooting that she had “already found an Olympian to train with” who was “delighted” to have her as a client?)

And if Brock declined or pushed her off on Leif Aho, LK would have gone berserk.

Yes! The ratio of readers to posters has always been significantly heavy on the reader count. Look at the number of likes on a post, for example, and realize there aren’t that many people posting. @Knights_Mom had a post with 104 likes recently!!! Imagine keeping up if that many posted regularly!

I don’t know anything at all about AB other than what I saw on the witness stand. But I will venture to guess that the odds were slim to none that she would ever have anything to do with LK in 500 million years, based on her testimony.
