You usually get a separate email with a code - I think in the past I’ve gotten it within 24 hours of making a purchase (but not instantly).

Maybe check your spam folder. I placed an order at 11:01 yesterday and my GC email came in at 12:10. I think once I missed a step I was supposed to take to get the GC so I emailed CS and they sent it to me anyway.
I still haven’t received it Checked spam and nothing is there. I didn’t know I needed to do anything other than apply the discount code
Just called their customer support and got it sorted out! I hadn’t received it after all, despite having used the promo code
Oh yeah I should have mentioned, when you check out there is a popup screen that confirms what email to send the GC to - if you have a popup blocker then sometimes it doesn’t work!
