I rode my mare for the first time since surgery today. I’m 4 weeks postop. Everything seems fine. I wore a high impact sports bra and just did a short hack: walk, trot, canter each way. 10 minutes. Hoping to ride again on Sunday and I have another follow up with my surgeon on Monday. It was a good day!

It’s the best. Had my second ride today and I see my surgeon for a follow up tomorrow. I’m thinking he’s going to be very happy as I am. Yayyyy… itty bitty.
