There is no proof at all. No marks, no witnesses, nothing.
There is proof of her threatening to kill herself if he leaves her in texts that she sends him. There is proof she strikes him.
It’s a mess and we are derailing the OP.
What about the people involved who weren’t arrested and don’t want their children to be able to find this someday. Have some perspective.
oh i have plenty of perspective. It’s called public records. Keep your business private, keep your hands to yourself and you don’t have to worry about it being public. No one who doesn’t want to has to look it up. And all that info i posted is all on the Marion SO website. It’s not like it’s in some hidden chamber.

Because @MunchingonHay is talking about their own family situation that they mentioned above. I assume they know more about their situation than you do, unless you happen to be part of that particular situation.

If you follow the comments up (the little up arrow in the upper right corner), they are not talking about the Buck situation, they are talking about the situation that @MunchingonHay brought up.

I did find the case number for the disillusion of marriage which is 422022Dr003488draxxx. The last action on the docket was yesterday which was an ordered on motions. It’s still an active case and has not been closed.
You may want to edit this post and quote what you are referencing. It reads like you are talking about Buck’s situation and it is confusing.
Who are you talking about? If it is Buck, how is that a derail?

Again, if you follow the posts back up it is clear what @MunchingonHay is talking about. It is not about the Buck situation. The comment about derailing should cement that for people.

You are 100% right but, I must be truthful, I also thought it was about Buck. I’m a terrible skimmer esp when I’m trying to catch up in a small break at the office. I’m the worst about skimming, though.
Upthread someone mentioned that offenders do not get arrested unless there have been multiple offenses.
I shared a situation that also happen in FL (Tampa), and also happened on Friday of my friend’s son (19) who was arrested in the front yard of this parents house because his girlfriend claimed he hit her. Then Annie10 and I were talking on the side about that situation.
Which is when I mentioned that we were derailing.
Yes, @Annie10 we all hope that the young lady my friend’s son has been dating for the past 5 yrs, lives with, and is extremly faithful to, does get help. Her very rich family just throws money at her and does not help. There’s more to the story, but I am not going to dig up her med history. But there is a history of mental illness with her and her family. Its a sad story all around.

Accurate, we don’t have a law for battery, just varying levels of assault and a “reasonable and imminent fear of an assault is an assault” rule.

I wonder if we don’t need a new thread that will be clear and on point. A lot of misinformation is going to come from this thread as it is, because it is wandering all over the place, without clarity.
People who just look into this thread to see what is going on with Buck of course are going to think that posts are directly about Buck. It appears at this point that most of them are not.
