I am confused about how to get the live stream of Saturday XC. That seems to be the only phase that is not available through the Burghley website. I downloaded a BBC Soorts app (yellow and black logo on the iPad), but since there is nothing streaming from Burghley right now, I can’t test it. I followed the link in the post cited above to BBC.co.uk/iplayer, but it says “This programme will be available after the broadcast.” I’m going to be VERY upset if I tune in at 6:00 a.m. tomorrow and none of this is available… can anyone clarify? Thanks!

Burghley is one of the best organized and streamed events in my experience. Their Facebook page is very up to date. Below is the schedule:

I DID read thru, but that sez http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer When I go there, I cannot tell if I can get it over here. It seems they do something weird like only show you one ride at a time. I don’t think we can get the ‘red button’.

Is there a replay of the tests today yet? Yesterday I could find it right away (even while live stream was going). Today there is only 30 min I can find and most is just the hold screen…less then 1/3 of the first rider’s test.

You’re correct, you can’t get it America. It will be streamed on the Burghley site, though.
Should be a great weekend! I’ve been a few times, but the quality of the live streaming and the commentary make me ‘ok’ with deciding not to go this year. Plus, my wallet thanks me.
