And then Richard Skelt gets a bad distance at the angled verticals and gets a dangerous fall. Fortunately appears to be ok.
The Trout Hatchery is another one that is a real test of readiness, and good decisions. Not everyone is passing those tests even if they muddle through.
With some brilliant standouts, otherwise this is a bad field. I’m not sure some of them shouldn’t be pulled off. Sorry to say it but it is so.
Those gates are not falling even though they do have pins. There have been 2 rotationals there so far.

I am Worried about Vandiver’s front left. Hoping all is OK. It was sort of twisted underneath of him on the fall.
It looked like Doug and the stewards were checking it out after he was up. Also hope all is ok.
Really bummed for Doug! Vandiver just kind of four footed the takeoff, it seems.
On the bright side, Doug did a perfect fall off of him… rolled nicely out of the way.
