Thank goodness! I thought I was the only one letting my house go while watching these mares. And for being so faithful what do we get - we can’t watch Dove and Ruby anymore. I think money should be no object when it comes to fulfilling us faithful watchers of the Chloe/?/Dove/Ruby equine celebrities I even saw one place today while browsing through Mare Stare that had the whole pasture in view. Now that’s something Anissa could give us. (Disclaimer: Tongue firmly plamted in cheek while typing this.)
I did go onto their site and couldn’t believe how many cameras the marestare people have out there. Would take days to go through them all - Chloe and Dove are all I can cope with. C’mon Chloe.
( btw My little neighbour Irish baby is doing great once she got latched on and got the hang of it.)

Just to see if anyone is still awake… CHLOE IS NOW BACK ON CAM 1!!!
Apparently there is an issue with windows update or some such nonsense… anyway, Rich woke me up to tell me that the cam was down due to that… BUT I got Cam 1 up and Chloe is on it. It is too early in the am to deal with Cam 2 being down… So again, Chloe is on Cam 1.
(and trakmom… since I have so many issues with cams in general do you really think my blood pressure could handle a pasture cam too??? LOL - it is supposed to rain/storm Fri and Sat again this week… maybe I will put Dove/Ruby on Cam again then - I’ll post if I do)
Chloe is lying down now. I just want to take that scroll bar and move it into the future!

You saw that?? LOL!!! She wasn’t after me - she was after Cory actually (in the stall next to her). But that was the first time she was “aggressive” when I’m around - be it toward me or toward another horse. Talk about grouchy! LOL
OK sports fans… according to the milk test tonight/today is the day. 6.2 for ph and ~500 for ca (guessing on this measurement, but she looks to be 1/2 way different colors between 250 and 1000).
I’m coming home at lunch and will bring her in etc and recheck her. NO wax though, and not dripping milk. Don’t think it will be during the day - think it MIGHT be early in the evening (let’s hope so - I have Court tomorrow am at 9 and I can’t miss it, I have to be there, so if she goes in the wee hours, Court is going to be YUCKY to stay awake during).
With pH 6.2, you should be very close… You hear that Chloe?

ph is under 6.2 and ca is very very close to 1000 so I am thinking (given every other sign she has) that she will go tonight… now WHAT TIME??? Place your bets everyone! Time/sex/color etc
I’m going to bet what I want (and of course won’t get hardly any of it): time by 7 pm, sex: filly, color black (that is pretty much a guarantee), 4 whites and a blaze.
milk is frothy white, didn’t want to “mix” with distilled water (even whiter now than it was this am), vulva loose/long, etc… she is ready to rock and roll. The only thing she is missing is wax or dripping milk.
I’m not even bothering putting cam 2 up tonight.
I’m going to say black colt (sorry Anissa) with a star & 1 white hind. 10 pm.
My bet is that your long wait is nearly over. :winkgrin:
Hoping you get your wish, though, because I was the colt queen this year, I will begrudge you that black filly. :winkgrin: My guess is that she will foal at 10:45PM. :yes:
