Chloe FILLY 4/10 - on CAM 1 tonight, Dove Filly! 4/5 - Dove/Ruby CAM 2 tonight (4/11

Let’s see if I have this right. You’re going to take Dove, Chloe, and possibly Tate to California for inspection? If you do, I hope you’re not going to drive all that way pulling a trailer. If you do drive, it’ll look like a remake of that old Lucy and Desi movie of them vacationing in a travel trailer–only yours will be with horses.

Well, I’ll play. If 3:10am isn’t taken…I usually wake up around then. I’ll check, I promise. Central time here too. Black filly, no white.

i concur!!! She can get a move on so I can get some sleep!!! LOL

I really appreciate the white tail wrap. Makes seeing her in the dark so much easier!

Nope… just found out tonight that we (mom and I) will host a mare/stallion inspection in Jacksonville, FL in October. It will be on the website in the next day or two (and btw - anyone that has a mare or stallion or foal that they want inspected you have two days to get your nominations in so you don’t have to pay the extra $75).

Ok I’m here and on the cam, so time will tell today.

Ty (the kitty) is back to being glued to the Chloe-cam thanks to the white tail wrap. I closed the window for a minute and he ran around the back of the laptop looking for her. I had to open up a second window and minimize them so he can watch while I browse the internet.

ROTFLMAO OK, that is just about hysterical!!! Cats crack me up sometimes.

Is she there and we just can’t see her this second ?
By god, if she lays down where we can’t see her like a certain someone did, you better pick her butt up and move her so we can see!

oh… there she is… 'scuez me.

Congratulations! That is an exciting time and a lot of work. I was involved with an inspection, and if Illinois and Florida were closer, I’d help with yours.

Thanks for the offer. I’m actually pretty stoked about it. Plus it makes a heck of a lot easier and cheaper than if we were taking 3 horses to either CA or ME - both of which we were looking at previously!!!

Oh my gosh, we saw her head! I’ve been lurking and checking in here and there. I’m so used to seeing either her butt or her side I was surprised to see her facing the camera head on. She has the cutest star. Ok, I’m going to guess black colt, small white star, born at 12:30am EST

Anissa, when did you get the test results of Ca 1000 and pH 6.2?

(so I can refine my guess on when she’ll finally show us this foal)

I am guessing 12:01 am.

While I would love to stick around and see Chloe foal, I’ve been offered a full night of sleep. In my bed. Anyone else that’s on mare stare, you should be jealous  My brother is going to watch my mare for me tonight in exchange for the use of my car tomorrow afternoon. Fare trade I say!

Interesting that Chloe is a Carino mare. I owned a Carino mare and had one foal out of her…She held it in for 360 days. Sorry Anissa, that’s probably not what you wanted to hear!! Perhaps it’s genetic…

I did the last test at around 3 or 4 pm cst… I think it was closer to 4.

And I don’t think she will last 360 days (today is 352).

She needs to be looking at Silver Creek’s mare. She’s going shortly.

of course she is… chloe is wanting to be the LAST girl on the block to have her baby so she has no competition… I keep telling her that is going to be a long wait! LOL

OK, I’ll say 2:15 am.
