Had a brown tabby given to me by a friend named, Hobie - you know, the catamaran company. Vets always thought the name quite clever though I can’t take credit.
Currently have two ex barn kitties picked up as hissing and spitting 7-8 week old kittens a couple of years ago. One is almost pure white with a grey tail. He has the homeliest face ever - long, narrow and bony (very modern Siamese like) with very pale yellow eyes. Named him “Possum”. His sister, not quite as much white, has an unusually beautiful face. She be “Blossom”. I’m terrible naming animals but Possum & Blossom came to me so easily and fit their owners perfectly!
