Co-ownership of pick male puppy? (New Update - welcome home baby :) )
God that’s cute. They are impossibly tiny  Mom looks great considering the csection!
From post #35, sounds like she delivered them herself.

Yes, no C-section. Temp dropped several days earlier than expected but the breeder had the vet on standby. Mama had an (apparently) easy and fast delivery. (I say apparently because I suppose birthing 12 puppies is never “easy” but they were one after another which was good!) They sure look small to me! My last whelping experience (where I was only an onlooker) was only 4 puppies and they were gigantic. That was very traumatic for the bitch and two ended up with emergency C-section after labor stalled.

Well, somehow couldn’t resist taking one in the end. Meet my new baby…the pick of a really really beautiful litter…

Did you check the photo??? It’s pretty self-explanatory as to gender

S1969, congrats… he’s a cutie and hope he grows into his expectations.

Beautiful dog! Congrats!

Nice looking puppy.

lol guess I was focused on that cute face! totally missed the lil boy parts there

Adorable!

I can’t tell if he looks really proud of himself, or if he’s about to pee. (That’s how mine looks right before he lets go.)

Congratulations! He’s adorable.

Squeee!!!

LOL well he had just discovered the cat on the deck railing, so I think he was sort of fascinated. Tough to photograph at this age…they usually just keep running to the camera! He is adorable. And sort of a little devil at the same time.

His name is “Fore!” - as in the golf term. Dad’s name is Gimme.

If dad is Gimme, I might have named him Five. (Gimme Five!)

Heehee. Better hope he never gets loose on a golf course, you’d have some confused players as you call for him!

He’s adorable!!
Not the best angle to critique from, but he looks like he has prett nice conf. also

What a stunning puppy! I can see how resistance was futile!

What a lovely upper arm he has, a rare quality in most every breed!

I take it he is also blessed with teeth and testicles?

 Yes the whole litter has nice bites which was great. He was a tough one to find testicles but they finally did. We have triple checked.

I am biased, of course, but the entire litter was stunning. Even though I had planned to take a pick male from a planned future breeding, I couldn’t resist. (I also had a dream in which that bitch had a singleton litter, a girl, and I had passed on this one…so…had to make a decision. It’s a tough one…not sure what i’ll do if that litter is equally amazing.)
