Colonoscopy prep? Thinking of Kim

@Laurierace I’m so sorry about your friend.

@Laurierace, I’m sorry about your friend. :frowning:

Mine is done, yay!! I had 2 polyps that were removed for biopsy and they found 2 small pockets of diverticulitis, but I’ve never had any trouble.

Glad it’s done! It wasn’t as bad as I was expecting and propofol (sp?) is wonderful! Had a nice nap and then went for lunch

Good deal… it’s almost always never as bad as the mental anticipation.

I am due for my next colonoscopy in August - I will have to coordinate the scheduling with whenever my DH is able to drive after his July 31 Hernia Surgery. Getting older is no fun!

I’m not due for my next Colonoscopy for three years, but I’m only going to an office that uses Propofol.

There sure is more testing to go through but it’s better than the alternative

Propofol is the bomb! She put it in my iv, two seconds later I was sleeping and I was wide awake by the time I got to the recovery area.

I know my GI doc uses Propofol. I’m on board with Propofol over the Versed/Fentanyl combo.

Laurie, sorry about your friend. And glad to hear that your dad is doing well.
