Court date for Michael Barisone?

On no date was 911 called with a complaint that ROB was “making children sort of, but not, but maybe,” (WHAT???) cry.

A 911 call was made, the police arrived, and they were told about the [alleged, is that good enough for you?] harrassment of the minor by ROB, amongst other complaints, per the Barisone lawsuit.

Hope I put that in words you can understand.

Up until just recently, we only heard your side of the events. Now we are hearing the other side via this recent lawsuit.

I hope we will get to find out how much of the information provided in his suit against the police and the township Barisone is willing to repeat on the stand, under oath. My guess is not very much at all.

Most of the evidence is in reports and witness statements if it was brought up as fact in the lawsuit. I wonder if Lauren’s illegal surveillance equipment picked up more tangible evidence? I feel certain Barisone and those who were there are chomping on the bit to testify under oath.

BTW, no one has said it was MH’s children Rob threatened and subsequently interviewed by the police. The lawsuit mentions her children in passing only.

Attorneys rarely enter something in a brief as fact if they don’t have evidence from multiple sources. All of the briefs are in threads on the Dressage forum with the most recent large document posted under “AMENDED Barisone Lawsuit 7/22/21”. It is a long read but interesting if you are up to it.

I didn’t cause you to be in the fix you are in. Absolutely I have posted every single civil court document because it is important for people to see you, know you and get a glimpse of the legal process.

As far as my accomplishments, I have a family - a large, loving, supportive family. I have had three very successful careers. I have a beautiful home. I have dozens of close friends in various walks of life. I am financially comfortable without the help or support of others in my life. I am active in my community helping others, and work on several national Senate campaigns during election season. I make a positive difference in others’ lives. I will spend the rest of my life working against those who prey on others in a myriad of ways.

I am proud of my life. Can you say the same about yourself at this point in your life?

It is really odd that Barisone would call 911 because someone was refusing to sign a document he wanted to be signed, but he didn’t think to call 911 when his life partner’s children were allegedly being physically threatened by an adult on his property. Well, it’s odd to me; I get that the Barisone fans here are as rabidly loyal to him as Trump’s fans are to Trump, so they will twist this around into a million pretzels to “explain” to themselves why it makes sense.

I’m not a Barisone fan. Don’t know him. I am a fan of justice and truth.

No one should ever get shot. No one should ever get bullied. I have no experience with MB threatening to shoot me. I DO have experience with certain user(s) here attempting to bully me, harass and insult me, sending me threatening messages using lies in an attempt to get me to fear for my home and farm. And with these actions, it’s clear that maybe some of MB’s assertions are true after all.

THAT IS REALITY. THAT IS TRUTH.

Oh I read those. Lots of dramatic language and accusations but no evidence. It seems as though you are saying that you haven’t seen any evidence either and you are assuming it exists.

Just as I assume the sun will come up each day!

Of course I haven’t seen the evidence the attorneys have and I don’t know anyone who has! I’ve never said I have seen any tangible evidence Barisone’s attorney references, any more than I’ve seen any tangible evidence from the Kanarek suits.

Until recently many of the evidentiary documents were available to view online. Now the majority of the exhibit attachments require a login from a verified legal professional.

Just as a piece of advice, as long as your head is so far up my bony bumballerina, it will be difficult to “find peace.” So much sitting (granted in fabulous saddles) on big moving horses all day in the fla heat…. could NOT be a “peaceful,” place for you to live. Move on…. You’ll be SO much happier! I will continue my journey in this sport- I will continue buying horses matched for my taste, I will continue my training and competitions. I will continue posting about my amazing life & miraculously surviving 2 intended kill shots by a hideous person and his cohorts. And none of that is going to find you happiness. It will only upset you. I wouldn’t want that………

No one has seen any evidence. The lawyers have it, and will present it at trial. However, they can’t make stuff up in their complaints, it has to be backed up with facts, or they get disbarred for bringing frivolous suits. So its all true; whether or not it is punishable by law remains to be seen. I suspect the police will be found negligent in some of it, and also that it might get thrown up to a higher court. People take police negligence pretty seriously these days.
