Exactly. @quantum is attributing other peopleās complaints about CWD to her rep based on terms this person is unhappy with, not based on any dissatisfaction with the saddle itself. This person has gone to a lot of trouble to ruin the reputation of the saddle rep.
If I were that rep, Iād get a lawyer.

Saddle sitting on the SCAPULA 
The saddle is not supposed to ever never ever sit on the scapula unless you want restricted shoulder movement, and destroyed bone and cartilage with consistent use. Please for the love of a healthy sound horse donāt do it.
