Yep, LOVE my Carharts. I also like to wear “regular” cloths underneath. Carharts are the best invention ever!
I got mine at least in part because SHE looks so cute in HERS.
I have the bibs and barn coat in dark brown. I got the coat with a hood because my head doesn’t do hats. So, granted, I look like a big turd with the hood up, but I’m a warm turd at least.
(I know… Very wrong, but I’m feeling punchy and couldn’t help myself.)
Of course I Carhartt!!
Warm turds rock! LOL!
Can’t live without 'em! I still have my quilted bibs & matching coat that a boyfriend gave to me for Christmas 11 years ago. The leg cuffs are a little frayed but otherwise, they’re broken in and looking great! (Heck I’m just happy that I still fit in them!)
Can’t imagine going to the barn without them, especially right now. Us SC’ers are not used to waking up to 18 degree temps, and I bundle up when it’s in the 40’s.
Hubby got me an awesome insulated light pink Schmidt work coat for Christmas~ I can’t bring myself to wear it to the barn b/c I don’t want to mess it up!
I have the bibs, the coat and the socks. Since yesterday was 15*F here, I was in about 37 layers. Without the Carhartts, I’d have been a complete Popsicle. As it was, I wasn’t comfy, but I didn’t get frostbite. I love my Carhartts.
Love mine…I’m on my 2nd pair of bibs because I’m a bit, um, well, chubbier shall we say than I was 10 years ago. I can go out muck the barn, plow the driveway, etc., and not feel it, except for my face. It was -5 here last night when I was doing chores and I was SWEATING! No lie. Therefore I love my Carharts!
LOVE my insulated overalls. Bought them ~10 years ago and they’re still going strong. I love getting up in the morning and being able to just throw them on w/o bluejeans, lol. I think I need to buy the DW some.
My boyfriend got me insulated carhartt bibs for Christmas! I lOVE them. They make the -5 temp tolerable. I also have a jacket.
forgot that i have a jacket(not cold enough at my new residence for it so i forgot about it) and also a sweatshirt. love everything i own.
I have them , but I look more like a baby pewp coloured Michelin Man that a turd, I have THAT colour…
Love them, I can put them on over my regular barn clothes and stay warm and snug.
My feet however…
They are the BEST for really cold weather. Have a pair of dark green zip up suit, it is SO warm and will probably outlive me!
DH has Carharts and swears by them but
I am a Walls Blizzardpruf fan! Not as stiff as Carharts but have kept me nice and warm for 15 years!
Get the kids size large.
I only use carhartt anymore for the REALLY dirty jobs  They are to joint stiff and heavy.
Give me my Mnt Horse pants and coat.:yes::yes::yes: I am warm, can move in them, and they look snappy.
I thought it was me and my joints age that caused the pain - but it was the damm carhartts.
Berne and walls are also good
I have Navy Blue and pale Pink insulated overalls and light blue cammo overalls for summer coverups. I am so all about it these days and I would love it if we could wear them on the walk into work.
LOVE CARHARTTS! Only way to stay warm in the -50 degree windchills way up north in South Dakota! Don’t even care that they make me look rolly polly!
I got a different brand that fits me better, but I love them. Take the time to waterproof yours. Lets ya feed in pj’s!
For the boots I wear carhartt socks and stuff my feet into goretex lined thinsulate insulated Danner boots.
I LOOOOVE my Danners and yes virginia, I even wear them with my khakis and polos.

AWW…I love Carhartts. I now have an entire collection so I can coordinate my bibs, outerwear, hats, etc. Today it’s all in the wash!
I have a pair of Schmidt bibs that are Barney purple (it was on sale) and I love them. I also have a Carharrt coat, traditional style, that I love.
People make fun of me when I wear the bibs to the barn for dentistry day or the farrier, but they’re the ones who are shivering.
