Doing business with JILL BURNELL? BEWARE.

Helps when you have an eidetic memory. ;) Just took me a few seconds to find the posts I needed as evidence.

I no longer hear the faint sound of a train whistle blowing…but the faint sound of walls starting to crumble. The fact that a bunch of PM’s are now being fired off attests to that.

Also received a similar message demanding retraction, of what I’m not sure, on another forum.

Yes, I think it makes PERFECT sense to believe Jill about her sister-in-law or lack thereof (where’s that sarcastic font when you need it). In fact, that’s all she had to do was say she doesn’t have a sister-in-law and all of the issues go right out the window!

Oh wait – the people WRONGED by Jill are not to be believed, but Jill herself just has to speak it and voila, case (pun intended) closed? Who has the most to lose here, the most skin in the game?

Sorta like a little kid putting their hands over their eyes and thinking everybody has disappeared. Once again, you just can’t make this s#&t up! You just don’t know whether to laugh or cry.

But Grayfox just sent me this private message today, so she apparently is actively following this thread…

To say I’m disappointed in you would be an understatement. I’m asking you to retract your statements. As a direct competetor for stallion services this seems a lot self serving on your part. I don’t even have a sister in law. Of course the truth never seems to be all that important if it helps your stallion and damages my business.

“My lawyer said I should ask for a retraction to all the horrible and untrue things you’ve said about my business in an attempt to harm me and my business before we proceed… Here it is.
Jill Burnell”

Well, let’s see who contunes to jump on the bashwagon now!!!
I find it incredibly difficult to believe this was written by a former military officer and now airline pilot who, as you reminded us, is responsible for a 200 million dollar aircraft and the lives of 250 people on board.

It’s rather shrill and desperate sounding. Get a grip Mike.
And here we go with the PMs… Jill get a grip, you did this to yourself.
I surely hope the recipients of these PMs contact the moderators immediately. Then I hope you have more restraint that I would.

The nicest thing I could come up with is -
Dear Jill,
I look forward to hearing from your attorney and seeing you in court; however I consider any further contact from you to be harassment. Do NOT contact me again.

You may better use the time that you would have spent harassing me in consulting with the following:

Hmmm, so Jill has PM’d someone saying she has no sister-in-law, but apparently her friends and supporters “in the know” talk about her sister-in-law. I smell a rat.
Daventry,

Can we really blame Jill’s family if they disown her?

No, that’s not correct…as that’s Alex’s brother. The brother we’re talking about is Jill’s brother…who took his and Jill’s parents out of the house…apparently…seeing as she’s stating she has no sister-in-law. dun-dun-dun

My reply, my name redacted;

Dear Jill Burnell,

You may have your attorney(s) send a letter to my address:

XXXXXXXXXX

Be sure its sent via certified mail so that we both have proof of delivery. Since I’m not aware of any instances in which I made “horrible and untrue” statements of fact regarding your business, please include copies of such statements enclosed with your attorney’s letter, as well as the original locations of said comments, so that I might have an opportunity to review them.

Regards,

XXX

Joanne …can’t answer re Gov but not aware he went through any stallion testing for Gov so ??? He keeps being listed as “Hanoverian” but no, he may have born in Hanover but I never found he was approved “Hanoverian”. Devil in the details!
IIRC, Redwine was not licensed by Hanover in Germany, but to be honest, I don’t know if he was weeded out in the selection procedure, or was actually turned down for licensing. Or if he was even presented for selection. At any rate, he was sold out of Hanover and completed a 70 day performance test in Redefin, Germany in 2004 with respectable scores. I believe he was approved in Mecklenberg and standing at the Mecklenberg state stud when he was found for Jill by Linda Woltz (I think I am remembering this correctly).

He was presented to OHBS/GOV in 2009 (I think) and licensed for Oldenburg breeding. He was published in the 2010 stallion book on good faith, but she never paid for his activation (her checks to registries were bouncing), so he has not been considered active since that time.

So, yes, he is “approved”. But he is not active, and since she won’t provide breeding certs for OHBS/GOV registration, I think it would be very difficult even getting a breeding allowance for him these days.

I caught this too, but she still technically does have a SIL.

(where’s that sarcastic font when you need it).
Deadly serious here –

I would pay good money for a “sarcastic font” – especially if it had a “dripping” animation effect.

Carry on.

I too was sent a PM asking me to retract my statement as a request from Jill Burnell’s lawyer (presumably NOT the one with a judgment against her) and was told that simply deleting my statement will not suffice as they are all copied to be used against me in the future. So here goes:

I retract this statement: I have said many times that I had professional service every single step of the way and don’t have a single bad thing to say about the experience. She even sent me a vaccine free of charge. If I lived in a bubble I would be one very happy camper!

AND emphasize this one:
BUT she screwed over two people that I know and respect very much as do many of you. You mess with my “friends” you mess with me.

The truth will set you free. I forwarded it to the Mods for IP tracking as well.

considering the state of MY house, I won’t bust others for their housekeeping, except to state the obvious: “that is no place for an 80 yr old”.
are you kidding? Animal poop all over the place and dead animals in the bathtub? It is not place for any sane human. That is far beyond ‘poor housekeeping’. it is sick.

To think you can be OK living in conditions like that is a sickness because it is delusional.
I had trainer/ former friend in California who is a great horsewoman, who lived the same way . From outside her run- down house You would have never known that the inside was like, even worse than this (really). Her horses were well kept and came before all else, but inside her house was uninhabitable .

:lol::lol::lol::lol: I don’t think I’ve ever laughed so hard!

Does anyone know the status of Equine Driver’s efforts?
I am in the process of getting back to the people that have contacted me and gathering the needed documentation. There are several that have stepped forward.

I will repeat again, the only thing that is really going to get any action is for a group of victims of fraud to come forward, give me documentation of payment and contracts that prove fraud and let me submit them to the CA Ag and the FBI. FWIW, I have made contact with both in CA and they were very receptive to the information that I gave them, but of course, nothing can be done until we have documented proof. Part of what is important, for any of you out there still on the fence, is a pattern of deception and behavior when proving fraud. Otherwise it is just a bad business deal and you may be told to pursue it in civil court, which I and others have explained we realize is not realistic in terms of travel and expenses. Obviously, she doesn’t care if people sue her, they have and won, but can’t collect their judgements, which is what she counts on.

What I am trying to do is get the authorities to go after her CRIMINALLY, which usually does motivate them, as most people want to stay out of jail.

So please, any of you out there with signed unfulfilled contracts, monies paid for goods or services not received, please do contact me.

You’ve never heard Officers talk before lol…

Well my white flag is being waved. I was just informed by my friend that COTHalter’s post has been verified by several people independently. And with that I will no longer “enflame” by posting corrections of lies posted, which was my intent. And several others I know. I still do not condone lies, bashing, trashing etc, too many posts got so far from the truth I felt they eeded clarifying. But dead babies and a couple other things I picked up on the way are unacceptable so I will let the vultures pick over the bones.

I would venture to say that if the thread had stayed factual from the start you might not have had so many jumping in seemingly trying to defend JB.
