In the interest of truth-- in counting Jill’s supporters, I never got further than using fingers on one hand. Thus, “so many jumping in…trying to defend Jill Burnell” is inaccurate. So many posts from so few would be accurate.

Wonder how much her attorney is going to charge her to go after so many internet posters? Or maybe they are doing it pro bono?

And there are plenty of you out there that acknowledges this. “pray for these poor horses” Etc etc then people saying no abuse the horses are fine. Then semen is bad, low conception rate, you know the list goes on right. So yes COTHalters case was pretty clear cut. No question there.

We need Sonesta on this; but I am 99.9% sure that a reputable attorney would not advise their client to PM people on an internet forum and threaten (harass) them w/ possible litigation. The attorney, under their name & giving full contact info might very well contact those people who actually defamed the client on the client’s behalf.

Actually I respect that. You should always judge everything on a case by case basis. If you read my comments you will see that I called many of those things irrelevant as well. I don’t care if she is living in filth for example. And I commented that the horses we have seen pictures of all looked fine and that even here in Maryland I stabled at a barn that had 30 horses on 6 acres so I knew it could be done. But that doesn’t change the fact that she defrauded many people. That is where my concern lies as I don’t want to see another name added to the defrauded list.
