If you click on the docket number, it takes you to all the filings. From what I can make out, there are a lot of attorney substitutions and orders to compel discovery if certain parties are… ahem… delinquent in turning things over. So they are still going through documents, or trying to obtain them. I read through and it looks like at least one party is requesting all sorts of social media, and they made a specific reference to this forum and a certain username.

But Barisone owns the evidence he paid to have gathered, right? Is it like HIPAA? His attorney can’t discuss it, but he can if he wishes, as he was the primary party (or patient) - is that correct?

Not that I expect anyone to do a data dump. Simply curious.

What evidence did Barisone pay to have gathered? I would think most evidence would have been gathered by the state (police/prosecution).

So Sweetgrass Farms is requesting that Lauren stipulate that she is La La Pop Rider, and provide copies of everything she’s posted on COTH for six years. It’s interesting (or odd) that the request comes from Sweetgrass Farms and not from Barisone’s team.

I don’t really see what use her posts in isolation would be, so it looks like a mild form of harassment to request hundreds of posts.

If you have any information on the criminal case, I’m guessing you’re not inclined to share. Probably for the best.
