Ooh, Rafalca’s ride during the break now!

MSNBC is live now, not even delayed!
Nice to see it on the big TV instead of the little computer screen.[/QUOTE]
Ooh thanks, will run to TV!
It looks like most countries, at least the heavy hitters, have 4 riders… so that’s three on the team and one individual?
Why not the traditional four riders with a drop score?
Oh Canada! Darn, what rotten luck.
Sympathy from Colorado.
I’d wondered the same thing. It really does change things up, ex. canada.

I remember the contraversey but not the reasoning behind the decision…

Thanks for the heads up:)
Yay, MST:(
I’m getting the ExPat shield and BBC feed for tomorrow.

Ok, so I believe they got a ‘bonus’ extra individual rider because there weren’t enough countries to actually qualify teams.
David Marcus is a true horseman, after his ride he says to the Canadian coach “That’s horses”. A quote I’m sure all of us equestrians can relate to one ride or another.

I’m with you on that!!
Next rider going…back to liveextra …
Just rewatched Jacqui Brooks’ ride during the break. Great job! She seemed to be really happy with her test.

Very classy remark. I’m glad that he did not show any anger toward his horse.
What happened to the Canadien rider? I missed it.
Thanks!

It was a lovely test:) D’Niro was ON.
Anky’s ride replay.
She didn’t do a final salute! Halted and went straight to waving at the crowd. No acknowledgement of the judges at all.
Last six riders for Day 1:
222 14:35 Finland LINDH Mikaela MAS GUAPO +
208 14:44 Brazil TAVARES de ALMEIDA Luiza PASTOR +
217 14:53 Spain BARBANCON MESTRES Morgan PAINTED BLACK +
241 15:02 New Zealand HILL Louisa ANTONELLO +
224 15:11 Great Britain BECHTOLSHEIMER Laura MISTRAL HOJRIS +
238 15:20 Netherlands van der MEER Patrick UZZO
Ugh, liveextra feed always goes black coming out of the breaks. I missed the first half of the Finn’s ride. Couldn’t get up early enough to catch the early rides so I’ll have to watch them later.
But I’m so happy I get to watch this while at work!

A fit of pique. Maybe due to heavy rain:(
Who is the lady commentator on the BBC? ( I’m happy with the BBC! )
