Dressage!

Yes, TX panhandle.

Guess I am out of luck, unless I sign on some internet feed.
Is ok, too busy anyway to watch just to catch a few minutes of horses here and there.

I tried that one but you have to sign to it, is not open for me.

Oh. If you have Dish you should be able to sign in if you know your Dish login and password… I am watching on a laptop though, not a TV.
The full replay is available too.

I am quite ignorant in regards to the computer world. Sorry if I am unhelpful.

Very helpful, thank you, more to investigate. :sunglasses:

Bluey I have Dish and you do need to have a sign in. Maybe you haven’t set up an online account. You must do that and then sign in and once in, you are good. Call them and ask. Tech is 24/7 I think.

When and if you decide to try again , when you get to the sign in part, knowing your dish login and password, I’ll try to talk you through if you’d like. I have to sign in with my “provider” as well so have done it many times. Watching on a laptop. Not sure if it makes a difference.

Interesting! When I tried to login to NBC with Orange, it told me there was an error with my subscription. When I switched to Blue, it let me in. Could’ve been just a technical issue, maybe it was lagging with my subscription kicking in?

Great! A Dish user @Bluey. When you have a Dish login and password you’ll be set. You can then watch live or the entire replay.

I’m watching the horses that went this morning after I fell asleep. They replay all the rides, not just the highlights.

I seem to have to sign in every time I watch (not Dish), so when you get them, keep your login and password handy (or save them on your computer or TV if that is an option.) I have the info saved so I don’t have to remember it every time. Good luck.

DISH 146. And when I pulled up the channel, a box came up that let me browse the schedule and select what to record.

As it turns out, I set my alarm yesterday, promptly went back to bed, and then watched the full stream of Day One through CBC’s app. So, not doing that again this morning lol. But, man, what a great day of dressage; the rides on Everdale and TSF Dalera were my favourites

Oh dear. The commentators on NBC were discussing 3 of the Olympic horse’s breeding and their having been sired by Totilas.

Unfortunately NBC’s closed captioning transforms “Totilas” to “total ass”. :flushed:

Singapore rider eliminated for blood in the horses mouth (pink foam.)

The closed captions are terrible but amusing at times.

Reiner Klimke becomes Reiner “Clinker”.

Mares are “mayors”.

Watching the team who are watching the rider and riding every stride with her = “synchronized spectating”.

Dressage= “Joe Sarge” in NBC closed captioning.

There is no one in the ring. It’s a break, and the hideous (piped in?) shrieking continues. Bizarre and quite unpleasant…

How was Adrienne’s test? It was 5:21, correct?

Very solid. I thought the horse looked a little tired but still a lovely performance and a good score

Shame for the Australian rider that her horse didn’t want to piaffe today.
