Again the courts are handling this matter. Said bartender was already serving a suspension from his place of employment when they saw the personal Text and public fb threatening harm. No one wants to employ someone who is alright with battery. I’m sorry that he lost his job but he is a grown man that can handle the consequences of his own actions. As to his “boss” witnessing anything I have been speaking with the owner about his actions. I have no problem with you coming on here and spouting off as long as the facts are correct. You can hate me all you want but at the end of the day all these adult grown men chose to act a certain way and there are consequences for actions.

While I think it’s stupid and immature calling someone’s girlfriend a slut, I also think it would be inappropriate to dump a beer on someone. Just sounds like a “play stupid games win stupid prizes” all around, tbh. Not my type of crowd, but whatever.
I do wonder how so much drama can surround a person sometimes. Not just in this thread, but there are just some individuals out there who are like a magnet of sorts.

I did not though. It is the surrounding fun rumour that I have been dealing with since Nov 20. And yes sometimes I wonder why I have faced so many trials and tribulations in life from the identity theft, to my own parent stealing money, but I’m still here and surviving so maybe that’s why? I do not really know. I wish all the above had never happened.

It’s a long story and yes I was minding my own business when it happened from behind me. But I did not use the word slut and then stopped them from driving obliterated drunk afterwards. Again it’s all on video and I will let the courts handle these things.

Having one nice foal does not a successful breeding program make. As I have already said, I would be much much more concerned about the 83% of your foal crop that didn’t qualify for first premium.

Fair- it’s battery. 
in this situation both are in bad taste but one is illegal…. 
I don’t for sorry for any of them. Call someone a slut? Get beer poured. Pour beer? Get cited for battery. Make a post as an employee about a patron deserving it? Get fired. Actions can have consequences - for everyone. It doesn’t matter if you think morally you are right.
