I don’t think I saw this posted yet, but Canada’s Jessica Phoenix has withdrawn Pavarotti due to a minor injury sustained on his last gallop, so we’re represented now only by Colleen Loach and Qorry Blue D’Argouges.

The best place I’ve found is tokyo2020.live.fei.org . They’ve had all the live scores (including breakdowns of dressage tests).

The close up shots really accentuate how different the shape of the eventers’ hooves are from the dressage horses. They look much rounder than the pure dressage horses so far

In the U.S. you can see live feed and replays if you have a log in and password with your cable or satellite company. If you don’t have the login and password , but have the cable or satellite service, you can make them online with that service.
