Famous ponies?

Billy Hill’s Trilville, medium!

Thanks to whoever put Halo up there! he is my pony!
I would also say RosMel’s Millennium! (My old pony!)

He won the Pony Finals U/S in 2007 with Schaefer Raposa and then in 2008 with me! And he also won the 2008 Devon Small Pony Hunter U/S with me too! If you see him move its almost like he is floating!

I would also say:
For the Laughter (large)
Elation (small)
Cleverest (med)
Heart’s Desire (med)
broadway star (med)
center field (large)
rafael (small) *won the top model class at pony finals and is 1st in the nation in the small regulars. it is literally drop dead gorgeous!
ballou (small)
anakin (small)
lands end eros (small)

I thought Enchanted Forest was a New Forest pony not a WB?

What about Madame Alexander and Orlando? They both did very well in the last decade.
You’re right - New Forest via Europe, so I always think of him as warmblood.
Enchanted Forest was one of the first warmblood ponies to be really really successful. He was imported by Eddie Horowitz and Alex Arute bought him as a green pony. He was particularly famous for getting a 99 in the under saddle at Pony Finals.

enchanted Forest is a New Forest pony.
Portrait Painter is/was a large, though not a big one.

I saw him not long ago- he has a very nice situation as a W/T first pony. :)
Good to hear! He was bred at Helicon, then his name was changed and the Helicon prefix was dropped.

The OP was asking for ponies within the last 10 years, Stroller is long gone. And not a pony hunter either.

Buffalo Soldier…small and wonderful. I thought he passed on, though.

Petey was actually not bred at Helicon. Gary Duffy and Jane Bassett bred him. He is, however, by GlanNant Epic and out of Alcina, the same parents as McGregor. He was always just named Portrait Painter, no prefix. And yes, he is a small large, his card says he is 13.3 3/4.

He was retired this spring. Thanks for thinking of him, he is a great pony and I am very lucky to have him.

LOL!!! I think Thalia likes to claim him then  he is a lovely pony. I apologize…I swear I remember him being a Helicon pony. At any rate, he is a great pony. Did you ever sell the black WB pony? I loved that pony.

I am not sure he qualifies for, “last 10 years or so”, but I loved Himself the Elf (small).

Thalia is more than welcome to claim him, as he is by her great Epic! He is sort of a Helicon pony

Whispering Hill, the black WB pony, currently lives with me in Raleigh. I’m definitely enjoying reliving my junior years on him, and I’m very happy to have him to ride!

weebiscuit did amazing! Love him and his rider!

Mediums:
High Fashion
Pearl Jam
Arabesque
Catalina (small)

They all live at Sugarbrook and all but Pearl Jam are broodmares here. Pearl Jam was unable to have a foal, so she is my absolutely wonderful “tease” mare.

And last but not least: Private Collection.(small) She is the dam of my Blue Who

The Next Generation will include this young guy! Everyone keep the look out for “Fire Fly” Weser-Ems Premium Stallion candidate! By the Hanoverian stallion For Play and out of a welsh mare (too catch me doger/Elizan’s ribbons and lace)
