Just wanted to say that I ordered the Higher Standards saddle soap through Indy Equestrian (yay for supporting 2 COTHers at once!). The website was easy to navigate, I loved that they have a lot of smaller brands, my soap shipped out several hours after I ordered and when it arrived I had a thank you card and my horse had the cutest pumpkin muffin treat included. I am so impressed! If Indy is reading, the only thing missing was the option to pay with paypal. Anyway, very good experience and I will definitely order from them again.

I will be trying the soap when I go to the barn tomorrow so can’t comment on that yet.

Thank you so much!!! I’m glad you are happy with the speed of our shipping! I try to get everything out the same day, even if I need to run it to the Post Office.

I will have my husband look into PayPal, I admittedly don’t know much about the actual programming of the website.

I finally caved and placed my first order with Higher Standards, everyone was right! I am incredibly OCD about my tack and I love everything from the smell to how the leather feels.

Also, I second the Clothes Horse. Katrina is amazing and does more than just gorgeous blankets. I ordered a beautiful fly bonnet from her as well for a totally reasonable price.

I just got an awesome one from Padded Ponies It’s in my XC colors AND it has the Dr. Who Tardis on it. I love it soooo much. (I say this as an almost 40 yr old reliving my youth)

Echoing my love for Higher Standards. That Rosemary mint cleaner is just DIVINE

CORSIA EQUESTRIAN. The amount of compliments I get on my figure 8 bridle is unreal. It looks beautiful on my horses head and the leather was lovely right out of the packaging. Will be a repeat customer

Tack Shack of Ocala. They made my dwarf an extra small halter, with pink stitching, and a small nameplate. It is the most adorable thing to ever walk this earth. Great craftsmanship and just a beautiful halter. Communication was SO great!

The Farm House! (where I work part-time)

It was started in the family farm tack room in 1985, with a small batch of supplies and an “honor box”. It’s still family-owned and -run and although we now have a mobile unit and a website, we’re still just one small store (crammed with just about everything for the hunter, jumper, dressage and eventing disciplines). We’re heavily supportive of our local equestrian community and really appreciate all of you who take time to patronize the Little Guy.

I have one to add to the list! There is another monthly subscription box service called Nickerboxes (similar to GiddyUp Goodies, which have already been mentioned.) The nice thing about them is that you can select different subscription prices.
