Anyone had any luck with the “On Demand” for today’s Dressage on FEI TV? I can’t get it to play.
Nope. I was able to catch what was live, but since I’m three hours behind, I missed a lot. Their “on demand” does not work, and they seem to have no one to contact about it.

I was going to ask the same thing about the on demand. Frustrating. They’ll fix it probably October 1st when I can’t watch it. Grr.
I am watching the on demand dressage now. But the commentary is not synced with the ride, so it’s amazingly annoying to listen to.

I just have to add as I watch the dressage today live ( and things are less bumpy) I am loving that they are having the riders commenting on the rides. I believe the Irish rider is doing it right now, but they’ve been switching off, which is way cool. It’s nice to hear the very best riders in the world commenting on the tests and it’s very educational.

I’m hoping the replay I have to go back and watch because I was asleep will have the audio synced with the video.
(And they still have the background music way too loud.)
My eventing dressage feed is stuck in a loop, I’m seeing the same part of Banderas’s test over and over, anyone else having this issue or anyone know a fix???
I’m having the same issue, but now my feed is coming up with reining every time I refresh. I did a live chat and they said they’re “investigating”, but I’m sure that means we’re all going to miss Lauren and Bug

I really wanted to watch the reining, which I missed live. I contacted them, they said I can only watch ondemand with the $26 WEG pass. But none of those reining videos work, either, says subscription required. I am confused. I did get to see the dressage live today, but I assumed I could watch other events…
This is exactly what happened to me - first a snippet of reining then the Banderas test, then they showed Lauren and Vermiculus, and then Tina Cook was the final rider for the day.

Yep…mine messed up on Pavel’s ride as well. How did he end up doing, does anyone know? I like him.
There is a link to Customer Service on the FEI app. I got a canned response a day later acknowledging “technical difficulties” and their efforts to “do better” or something of the like. Worthless.
Lynn just put up her finger to hush the crowd (while smiling) when they started to cheer before she entered the arena. He must be feeling pretty excitable!

I actually paid for the WEG pass, and the Sep 12 WEG reining was blocked for me. They haven’t responded to my email inquiry…
This may have been answered, but is the music specific to the FEI TV feedback?
The live chat person said the reining is up now, but hes checking to see if WEG subscribers will have access to the videos on demand at the end of the WEG.
WEG subscribers will only have until the 23rd to watch videos.
I hear you! I’m really disappointed, too. I would have thought they’d give us a to the end of the month to catch on up the different events. “Good thing” I’m stuck at home on hurricane watch and have been/will be able to watch most of the dressage I want to check out the other events, too. Guess I should clear my schedule for the next 8 days!

Is that only for the WEG pass only or is that for anyone with an FEI TV subscription as well? I got the Annual FEI TV + WEG since it was a better deal when it was on discount. I hate how these services don’t ever explain how their on demand works.
I just got the WEG package, and that’s what the person I Live Chatted with today said about it. I don’t know if they’re planning on selling WEG CDs later, you may want to ask someone about access.
