She’s nudged him back toward the business end after his attempts to nurse from under her elbow.
It always strikes me as a miracle when a mare foals successfully. Even better is when all the other myriad of stuff that has to go right, does.
She seems a bit touchy. I’d be watching her closely. Editing because our software doesn’t allow me to talk to myself without reply anymore.

Elate’s colt is a good looking little guy.
I just watched the replay at Elate’s link… they were either taking out a Caslick’s and/or a foaling alert once she had gone into labor… then likely checking to make sure everything was in the right place. Two front feet offset, right side up, nose following…
