Around 1am she looked so relaxed I was like “yep it’s safe to go to bed” 😂
I stopped watching around 11pm. Had a long phone conversation with a friend and forgot all about the mare.

Anyone know why vaulacluse’s cam is off?
It’s back on now.
Alpine Sky really guards her foal in the paddock. He’s on a very short leash.

There is a little band of birds in Kittens stall. Kinda cute!

She looks a little uncomfortable. More preoccupied tonight.

Technically she’s not even “due” yet. And most mares tend go over their due date rather than foal before it.

Yeah your right. It’s a game of patience.
@LaurieB I can’t speak for Countrygirl, but I look in because I’m awake and have nothing better to do. I don’t really expect see her foal. Of course you never know. The one mare foaled early, in the afternoon, in the paddock.
@skydy that’s exactly what I’m doing to. Just have the stream up almost all the time, nothing else to watch. I don’t expect a foal but as well as the mare you mentioned, Alpine sky foaled a few days early as well.
Emotional Kitten’s blog update for today says that she’s waxed, so maybe she’ll go tonight? She does look a bit restless, but I haven’t been watching her long enough to know if that’s unusual for her.
Watching those small birds flit around Emotional Kitten’s stall I get a real bippity boopity boo vibe. :lol:
