Forward cut square and euro cut jumping saddle pads

I am looking for some leads on saddle pads to check out. I need something that’s cut to accommodate a saddle with a very forward flap. I love the quality and toughness of the PRI pads, but they aren’t cut forward enough and the saddle hangs over the front a touch. Bonus if they come in royal blue

Also looking for recommendations for someone who does custom euro cut jumping pads? Or a brand that offers them in colors besides black, white & navy? I think either cut style (think the Ecogold vs the Ogilvy eventer pad) would be fine.

Thanks!

ECP offers their “shaped” (like the trendy Ecogold) pad in a variety of colors, although no royal blue. And Premier Equine sells one with the Ogilvy shape that comes in a bunch of different colors (including royal blue…), if you don’t mind paying the shipping. They even have them with built-in sheepskin to eliminate a half pad, if you need one!

Professional’s Choice makes a good one that fits my +4 flap Prestige. I believe this is it: http://profchoice.com/i-20605246-gina-miles-square-saddle-pad.html

The cheap SmartPak all purpose pads actually fit my saddle pretty well too! They come with lots of different binding colors.

Toklat Classics III for the square one - they make an XC cut that’s very forward, come in a ton of colors and last forever. Last I knew BoB carried them. Great pads.

I ordered a couple of LeMieux pads from equestrian.com–they are lovely. I think they had the best prices, and flat rate shipping from UK for $24. So of course I threw a few more things in my cart :).

I also really like the Griffin Nuumed pads that are half lined with wool.

I lust after the LeMieux pads, so pretty <3

I second these!

This Roma pad looks just like the LeMeuix pad - white or navy. Sold at lots of online shops, but for $27, not bad!!

Another Toklat fan…

I LOVE my Lemieux pads. The quality and fit for the price is excellent. I am happy to have found them.

The other pad that fits my jump saddle well is my Mattes jump euro fit pad. I think you can get it plain without sheepskin, but I have sheepskin on the underside. It fits my 17.5 forward flap saddle perfect!

Both of these pads are great quality and fit.

I have this LeMieux one in royal blue. It fits my forward flap Schlesse Merci XC perfectly. It is oh so luxurious and this store is in the US!

Do you find that the suede fabric would make this fairly hot in the summer?

Thank you so much to everyone for their suggestions  I have lots of pads to check out now - I really appreciate it!

They were only $45 when I ordered from equestrian.com in Feb, but they don’t seem to have them in stock now. If you order a couple even with shipping it should be cheaper. But you will have to shop around the UK online stores.

I have ordered from Viovet before, they have good shipping rates, and have the LeMieux pads, but not as many color options.

I like the Lemieux ones too.

Kcmel & BFNE -

Would you say the Lemieux ones are heavy weight? This would be used in the summer and I’d hate to have a suede pad that is super hot. These are probably my favorites though!

Yes, the Lemieux ones are substantial. Not super thick, but about a 1/2"…maybe a tiny bit less - similar to PRI. The underside of the colored Sports Square (not suede) I have has a tacky non-slip material. Top is heavy woven cotton-type fabric, quilted. Has “body” to it, not flimsy or thin, if that helps…
