Games Trainers Play: The Florida Horse Saga
I recognize the show grounds. The next show is Feb. 8 & 9. If she does buy this saint of a horse, I’m going to watch, can’t wait to find out who her trainer is.
This soap opera is about to turn into a mini-series! Having a hard time waiting for the 18th - I hear fund raising is off limits here, but what about gambling? I’ve got $20 that says the seller will drop the price another $1500 after the PPE… hmm, maybe we could do a poll???

Wow, just took an hour and caught up on this thread. I anxiously awaiting the next installment of " As the Manure Pile Turns"

Just wondering what we will all do with our time once, make that if, this situation ever comes to an end?

The kid did get top ribbons on a particular horse but not sure if it is this one because we dont yet know the name she showed the horse under. That will be confirmed shortly.
What was the confirmation? Were the top winners on this horse or not?

Holy insanity, Batman!

It’s worse than the energizer bunny.

have someone looking right now for an adult advanced beg. type horse. he sure looks to fit the bill. if she wants to ship him here i will show him for sale( she will have to pay for him to be here, i can’t take him on the cuff:( ) i wish i could.

OK guys

We still have 7 more days to hash this over…counting…oh what will become of us after that??

will there be “Life after the Fl horse saga?!?” NOOOOOOOOOOO and if you TRUELY think it will be over in 7 days, I have some property and a house to sell you…

and a horse!! lol!!

129 more posts and this hits the coveted 1000 responses level and goes down in the COTH history book.

We should make that, no problem! Six days and counting…

Shall we do a poll on how we think this will end??? It will end eventually, won’t it??? :uhoh: (Someone please say, “Yes, it will end [eventually]!”)

Anyone, anyone???

Well I just went to Sam’s club and bought a years worth of popcorn and margarita mix just in case…

haha i cant do polls–
but i think most would say he gonnna fail the ppe— and they take of her hands for the moeny shes already had-- when she does finally cash the check- it will bounce so she will have nothing- as zero- and i bet they asked for the papers to be send before the check is cashed–

that bothers me that she hasnt paid that in yet i would pay that in right now as it taes upto
10 days to clear a chq depending wether its a bank or building society cheque
and i would pay an extra charge to the bank and get them to special clear it–
or ask them- to ask there bank as the term goes as i used to work in a bank,
if in your hands and in order would it be paid–

as time is now 6 days so check should be cleared on the date of the ppe-- if she does it right now- but today is saturday she has till dinner time to pay it in as although it counts as being paid in today - the actual business day are week days not week ends

so day one for clearance would be at close of buisness on monday
so if she dont pay it into day shes going to be 1/2 days short of th ppe
so she will either end up selling him for the amount on the check which is 2500.00 i think
or nothing

but i think – they will offer another 2500.00 which eans the horse will sell at 5k
or near as-

gls, you are really positive if you think the seller will get 5K out of this deal!! The way they have been playing, she’d be lucky to end up with $500 when they take off the board, shipping, commissions etc. That is IF she gets anything at all!:frowning:
I really do not want to slap her, just her parents, and well maybe her, and teach her a release… and yes, a release that would be good… maybe a seat too, and yes a release…
I wanted to scream at the pictures LET HIM GO!!! She interfered in every shot

This thread is definately feeding a whole heard of Drama LLama’s and Anxious Alpacas are waiting to see how it ends…
Gad that’s funny!

Epona tell your friend to STICK to HER Price! I have some connections in Ocala I am sending the picture link to them. They will positively PUKE at the rider and kimberwicke but I think I can secure a $7500 (no commission) sale if this deal cough goes south. I am going to send the link to this thread as well - with the writers strike it’s better than TV right now!!! Of course the “trainers” and rider may become the FL circuit’s laughing stock if they screw this. Going back to HS What a bunch of DWEEBS! It’s just ridiculous!

BLESS you Woodland!! I hope that your connections can overlook the lack of release and see that SAINT of a horse dragging that child over every fence!!.. I really can’t blame him if he really did (which I HIGHLY DOUBT) buck, good LORD he could not get his face!!

Somebody pass me a 'rita… I am almost out of salt…

When epona first started this thread I thought, “This is going to be interesting.” That is probably the understatement of the year!

Woodland, you might also want to send your contact the link to the video of him moving on the flat … it’s somewhere back there, posted shortly after the link to the photos was originally posted.

(anybody paying attention to the FL real estate market lately? I wouldn’t be surprised if the RE broker/agent dad simply doesn’t have the money to pay for T.)

That is quite the case and remember the purchase price is the cheapest part of owning a horse!! HOw will this family ever be able to keep this lovely horse in the manner he should be kept???

If the realtor father deals in high-end properties, no worries. The rich are continuing to get richer. That doesn’t necessarily mean he’s willing to pay very much to purchase the horse, though.

 gosh....
