Well, things this morning are working fine, no more crazy scrolling around as it was doing.
It is also working faster, not taking so long to change pages.
I am finally getting used to clicking on the last post blue square icon on the right, under the last poster’s name.
I think they are getting things straightened out now, big thank you!
Curious, are the people who are still complaining about the size of the font not seeing that the font was made larger or do they want a huge font?
I think the current font is the same size as we had on the old forum.
I totally love the new “Today’s Topics” option to get a list of threads with posts.

I have one comment (there had to be at least one, right?), can the list include what forum it is on. A question about what to wear to your first show will have a very different answer depending on which forum it is on, etc.
It is very definitely larger, seems to be the same size as before, though is reduced in size (from the main page) in this reply box (which is fine for me).
If the new updates went up on the 13th, why did it take a week to let me back on? This is the first time I’ve been able to actually get to the website and not get a ‘this website cannot be reached’ message 
Were you using a bookmark? My bookmark didn’t work–had to go to the main COTH page and click “forums.”
I do think it would make sense for them to put, at the old forum location, a notice that says there is a new location. So people who were not aware of the change over will not just think the forum is down.
I wish the threads would show which ones are new.
For example, if I click to look in the Hunter/Jumper forum, there is no difference in color for the threads that have not been updated since my last login, and those that have a new reply since I logged in last.
It would be nice to see which threads have new replies (since last login) when going into a specific category.

@Moderator 1 You used to be able to click on your own name (or anyone’s, really) and see a list of the last things posted. Here if I go to the drop down under my own name at the top and hit “Recent Posts”, all I get is a list of the last THREADS I posted in. I don’t check all the boards every day so I used to like to be able to start at the last thing I wrote and go from there.
Is there a way to do that?
Sorry if this has been covered, I couldn’t find anything in the deluge of threads and comments.
Oh, and I agree that there’s an awful lot of bright white. Any chance for a calming cream?
@saje when I click my name, then in the Activities tab (which is where the default it, at least for me, not sure if that anything you can change), I see all my lasts posts and the thread in which they were. For example, I see my last post in this thread, with the thread title.
If you subscribe to a thread, then the Notification you get for someone making posts since your visit, will start you out at your last location there. So if your last visit was when you made a post, clicking that notification will take you there. So that makes you “able to start at the last thing” you wrote.
Please get rid of the white background. I showed it to my eye doctor and he thought it may cause eye strain and would be a problem at night .
Seems like changing the white would be an easy software fix. Really how’d this get approved?
I love the option of typing in a page number to search through a thread. It comes in so handy on a long thread.
Thanks for increasing the font size. It is so much easier to read.
I don’t love the titles of threads in green on the Forum page or its subpages, e.g. Announcements, Discussion Forums, Technical Assistance, etc. The green is a little too pale and really, why not just keep the same font color, black, and put the titles in boldface?

Oh and another very small thing @Moderator 1, it seems we have lost our ‘favicon’. Looks like it might be the default v-bulletin one now? I think in the past it was a green horse?
@Sage Aside from your Activity stream tab under your profile, explained above, you can also click on the “About” tab under your (or anyone’s) profile. Scroll to the bottom and there are links to “See all posts” etc.
@Moderator 1 , it’s probably due to active “tweaking”, but the Hunting forum is crowded with repeated posts, in what looks like Korean characters. Looks like it got hacked. Just a heads up if you didn’t already know. Thanks for all your hard work!
