Grand Prix dressage live streaming

I’m sorry for Adelinde, but happy for our team. It could have ended differently.

BTW, I’m thinking we need to make sure Debbie M stays around to help our riders. She seems to be working well for the up and comers.

Diddy is just getting warmed up. I’m hoping the judges like her freestyle.

I missed it. What place did Steffen finish in?[/QUOTE]

Steffen finished in 14th. Legolas didn’t seem to be “in the mood” today.

The NBC live stream pretty much sucks!

“Coverage will resume shortly” my a&&.

I seem to recall it wasn’t that great for London either. BOOOO - I got to see about half of everyone’s ride and then it would just cut out.

Oh I hear music now - maybe there’s hope for the medals!

Whew! Livestream is back.

And then it’s gone. Back to commercials. Grrrr…

In past Olympics they showed the medal ceremonies in which the USA won a medal, during prime time on regular NBC network stations. Anyone know whether they’re doing it that way this year, too?

In other words will the dressage ceremony likely be replayed on regular TV tonight?

Such a shame the stadium is so empty of spectators.

Awww its starting… here come the tears!!

I’m starting to think someone forgot to bring the medals today! This is taking FOREVER.

 Back to coverage will resume shortly here. BOOOOO!!!

The teams are walking out now.

NBC is finally back on!

One of the german grooms just got head butted by a horse!

Legolas is having none of this medal ceremony stuff.

ETA apparently several of the ponies are having none of the ceremony!

Go Team USA!!!

Nope they’re not feeling it are they?!

All three of the anchor leg rides for the medal teams were women!

And, after a quick glance, it seems that all of the last 5 – 6 teams finished their rotation with a woman as the anchor leg.

A couple of the grooms are smart… little buckets of snacks to keep the horses standing.

Yay! It’s back for me just in time!

If dressage medals were awarded like swimming medals – there would be separate medals given for walk, trot, canter, piaffe and passage scores (for each test.)

Maybe then a top decorated team/rider would have a chance to earn 20 medals…

Steffan awitched to a helmet for the medal ceremony - does he think he might get bucked off in the victory gallop?

ETA: or maybe it would be an extended canter.
