Somehow I am reminded of those dwindling few in Hollywood saying of Harvey Weinstein, “I never saw or suspected anything!” even when his behavior was widely known for over 20 years. It makes you wonder why people purposefully turn a blind eye.

I hope that the person who NP called, harassed and illegally recorded threatens the blustering bully with legal action.

NP has been posting the thoughts inside of his brain on any public format that will have him for years and up to this blunder has been simply a nuisance.

HW has been hiding his emotional abuse and physical assaults of women for decades and he has been a sick criminal most of his adult life! Glad he will soon be prosecuted for his crimes.

Not exactly …He would get no press if he was just annoying! really. I think we all know the difference.

For the record, yes I knew the OP would be posting and I said it was fine. It’s been posted everywhere by NP and I don’t care who sees it at this point, you can’t unring a bell so the truth of the saga mind as well be addressed. For anyone who thinks this makes me look bad, well so be it.

What I did was PM someone on my friends list and inform her of my personal experience and that of a friend when I saw her name brought up along with NPs. She thanked me and the conversation went on to other things. My intent was to help someone who did not appear to know the issues many have experienced with NP. I did not tell her anything that was not that of my experience or send her anything that was not factual.

She then saw fit to share that conversation with NP, 3 weeks later I received this phone call and my name was plastered all over the internet and my local GMO’s page as well. I do not have an alter here or anywhere else.

I did try and contact him via his ad on dreamhorse regarding the horse as I was interested in purchasing her. I used my personal email and did not receive a reply back.

Thank you for clarifying everything. If NP had that video plastered everywhere - then it will not matter that it reappeared here if you have no issues with that… I may have concerns but you are the one that matters here.

He probably realized he had gone too far and screwed up - and tried to nuke it.

Seems to me OP is sharing, with permission, her friends experience with a self proclaimed professional, who I now see is advertising and posting videos of himself ‘teaching lessons’ and ‘training horses’. sigh

Agreed. Similar threads and concerns exist on COTH and many other forums and pages about experiences with horse professionals - both good and bad. There is nothing wrong with that.

I was serious on an older thread a few months ago that I’d buy the mare if she was worth the price. If he reduces the price, let me know. She was overpriced on that thread link. She deserves a better fate but I guess he’ll go up on the price rather than lower it.

Of course the people NP calls and yells at deserve better fates also.

It may not be slander, but posting an illegally recorded video [illegal because both parties did not give consent to the recording] is most certainly illegal.

And may open the COTH up to a law suit.

I’m sure NP is thanking the OP for making his dreams, of having a valid reason to drag the publishers of COTH into court, come true.

I think csaper58 understands the situation just fine but doesn’t see the need for another NP thread (although s/he did seem to ask for a separate thread).

I can respect that Manni, mvp, and csaper stand behind their belief systems. They can report any thread any time they want to…it is up to the mods to decide to shut it down. Of course they could also choose not to read or participate.

The edited version of the video is what I saw originally. I wondered about the legality of recording it. I don’t know that just saying (edited in after the fact, apparently) “I’m recording this” amounts to consent, but I’m no lawyer.
