I have only one reason starting this thread when I did. A gut feeling I had over a month ago kept comming up. Goldy you must get the Truth out fast! These people are probably in the process of making their WEB OF LIES biger & bigger. If something does not happen soon with all you know about these lies the web will get so large and confusing. It might become to difficult or complicated for even the brightest minds to want to tackle. THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE!

So it you are not liking the way things are going that is fine. All I ask is you let the others who are interested in what I have said here my info. I totaly understand your worry. If nothing else I have a few more people looking at this from another angle. Remember I talked befor about Gowdy running his last Joke of a story namming all the 10 involved. That was at 1000pm on March 31, 2005. That was the only time it was run. That was not the pattern with the other reales he di. He played some of them 2-3 days. This was by far his BEST and only 1000pm Mar 31. He has 2 other shows that never aired. Hmmmmmmmm!!! I was the reason he stopped. I notified a few of his bosses. I was outraged . We never have heard another word about this out of his mouth!! Although they continued to run it on their website and he said many many many things from Joe and on his own that are total lies which I can prove!!!

Thanks Goldy, this will be a great sentence to use with my remedial English students to work with when they are reviewing the different spelling and use of there/their/they’re. It will certainly provide a good example of why they need to learn it now!

Okay, so I just read the news stories that have Goldy so upset. Honestly, I can’t say I blame him.
Now, these are all from the same news source. (abc7chicago.com)
One says that, according to Plemmons, Goldy’s father was a “Jayne family bodygaurd and close ally” and was paid between 350K - 750K for Brach’s murder. However, it seems that Plemmons wasn’t at the location where the “orininal” murder took place - Plemmon’s “only” shot twice into the blanket she was wraped in when she supposedly moaned - and argues that he thought she was already dead when she was brought to the stables later. (03/31/05)
So, how would Plemmons know who “originally” killed her if he wasn’t at the original scene?
This same news source says, in a different article that Goldy’s father was simply a “lookout” for the murder. (01/07/05)
In another article they just say he that he was “directly connected”. (01/01/05)
Now according to ABC7 - they were able to get an “unredacted” copy of the “current” ATF report, which reveled the identies of this team of ten people who supposedly pulled this off.
So, now I understand why Goldy is so upset and frustrated. And you’re right, the news stories don’t “track” and can’t be verified unless one can read the ATF report directly. How they have connected your father to all this is left completely blank.
And the way these articles are written - well, let’s just say - I get your outrage now.
So, have you seen this report? Can you gat a copy (at least the one with the names blanked out) to find out how they think this puzzle was put together? Without understanding how they believe it all happened, it is difficult to know what the risk is to your father, or how to refute the senerio the ATF (or is it ABC7) is painting.
What is to be gained by having your father in the picture? Is anyone else exonerated if his (alleged) role is disproven?

Well Goldy, as you can see, the people here seem much more willing to entertain the idea that your father is innocent, than to believe that Frank Jayne might be innocent. That should tell you something. The Jaynes’ history is pretty notorious amoung the horsey set. Where as you father’s is limited to one peripheral incident (as far as I know) which is sketchy at best.
radio talk - IIRC goldy said his father has come and gone from the US pretty often. The concern was that IF the Feds are corrupt, they could hold his father without proper evidence under the Patriot Act - indefinitly. So when the Brach story heats up again - as it has - and people figure out goldy’s dad is coming and going rather freely - they might pressure the Feds to arrest him. Unless, of course, he is exonerated.
I’m sure Goldy was quite pissed off about the Plemmons interview. Who could blame him. His point was that the Feds let those “lies” go unchallenged (presumably for reasons of their own). Of course he’s worried about his father coming back and getting medical attention through his pension plan. How easy would that be for the Feds to monitor? He does have some reasonable issues to be paranoid about.
Sorry folks, I just don’t see any easy answers here. I think if goldy had handy “facts” lying around, he would be happy to share. Appearently facts are lacking on a number of fronts. If the Feds had them, they would have charged and convicted goldy’s dad. They know where he is and it’s not that hard to get extradition from Mexico! There is a lot to be said for the fact that the Feds haven’t gone after goldy’s father. Even with Plemmon’s version of the story being published.

My cat has a chronic sinus infection which we have not been able to culture. 1 drug is for anerobic bugs & the other aerobic bugs. He’s a total @$$ about it too…

Thanks for your concern NiteMare. Also many people who created part of the lies about my Father stood by not careing at all while other people lied about him in the news reports. That tells me alot about these peoples character! Don’t you think the feds new my Dad has been in town every year and that he was not hiding in Mexico? In all this time I have not heard one media person say anything about these people who think they are above the law ( That they might be lieing) It is not like I have not put effort into exposing these lies. But what I have found up until now is that not one media person I have contacted will say anything bad about the Feds. So one day I figured that seems to be a dead end. Then I thought about starting this thread.I have found some very wonderful and caring people here. You have no idea how thankful I am to many of you!!Noone in the media seemed to want to touch the TRUTH and put out ( THE REST OF THE STORY ) The Feds and the media often I have learned do not care about truth but just their own agendas!
Tigerpaws if you have all this great evidence and not just liars saying what you want to hear. Why would you use Plemmons and Gowdy the way you did to lie to the world?
