Thanks. I understand your concern. It is interesting that I have just ask someone if I should not post anymore. I have been obsesive and I can asure you over all my mental state except in this subject has been very good. I have done massive research and thinking for 8 months. I have never needed any medications for like you describe. My life was going better than ever before these lies bombarded the news Jan 1. This might be my last post and I will only talk to friend and Lawyers from here on. Thanks for the suggestion!
I wouldn’t be that foolish. But, I can imagine a scenario in gray tones where some are technically innocent at least of the crimes charged. There is as I said earlier the issue of getting people on whatever you can by the FBI that’s been fairly publicized.
I can imagine a cop moonlighting as a farrier being in the wrong place at the wrong time. I cannot imagine why Joe Plemmons would care if Bailey got out of jail. If that wasn’t the reason why would he confess after all these years and having already faded off the scene? Unless Plemmons is a psychotic who needs to be in the limelight. That is usually the trait though of a serial killer.

You want the people here to believe you, present real facts. No one has slammed your father or you. We still don’t know who you are. You put out teasers. A little info, without facts.
According to your own statements, your father is 67. If he has lived in Mexico for 20 years, he easily could have come across the border for medical help. Texas, Az., and even Calif. all have health centers were his insurance could have been recieved. I’m sorry he is ill. No one here would wish that on anyone.
When people press for answers, you sign off. Coming back with something new and different. This makes anyone suspious. If you want your father cleared, then present facts, which are verifiable. Not angry disclaimers that both the feds & police are in cahoots.

Just judging by the current microsoft program and the number of places that it stores files on my own computer that I have no idea exist is astonishing. And the computer guru’s know how to find out anything they want to know about who we are.

Google Joe Plemmons and this very thread comes up on Google as public record.Privacy today is an illusion if what you plan is not acceptable behavior.

I have a feeling Joe Plemmons was very deliberate in fingering him for the murder, and certainly had ulterior motives besides the altruistic ones he spewed in his interview.
I feel the press(specifically ABC7 and Chuck Goudie) were irresponsible in publically naming him without a grand jury indictment
I am VERY leery of the ATF folks stating that the believe Plemmons is telling the truth, and the murder is solved, based on Plemmons word alone.
I will cut and paste some interesting court documents, and interviews with Plemmons when I get back later today. Plemmons certainly has a pattern of coming out years later to “clear up” things.
Taking time to examining this angle cannot hurt anyone or anything. If I am wrong, and Goldy’s dad was the Chicago Don who ran the whole shebang, then I have just spent some time learning about how things are done in the Chicago Horse Mafia and I’ve learned, once again, how naive and gullible I am.

A certain Tv station broke the story in jan 2005 and ran it relentlessly for a few days. The Helen Brach Murder has been solved and the to people who are responsible are Frank Jayne and a former Skokie Police Sgt Then a couple of days after this I thought something very very interesting happened. A new very big story came out on every Chicago news channel. Steven Manning an Ex Chicago Policeman framed for murder by the FBI. He spent 8 YEARS on Death Row and now was awarded 6.5 Million against 2 FBI agents who FRAMED him. He is next going to sue the FBI. The timming could have not been better to shed some light on what really happens in the world!

There is no better protection than going public with the truth. I’ve tripped over bad boys! three times in my life and what saved me was going public and not keeping secrets. I believe that “Knowledge is Power” and that if you give us real knowledge we will have the power to help you and if you have proof that Joe is innocent then we should know and if you are Joe then we should know. Questions for Goldy: What ever happened to the investor-sponsored Pennsylvania farm at which Mr PlemmOns promoted warmblood stallions? The farm was operated within the past 10 years. Cybersomething? The name escapes me.
What became of the investors? Did they make money? Where are the horses? Any notable progeny from the stallions?

There is an on going investigation and new ones. My only plan was to stop the oneside relentless lies from being said! They are attempting to frame people and they thought from all I have seen and learned that by putting my Father in this would make things go better. As I have said before it appears that all of the people who have investigated what happened to Helen Brach, most think it was Matlick but the never got enough evidence and the feds want Frank Jayne so bad no matter what. Which I told you a federal agent said on tv a few years back on Tv we will get him on something, put him in jail and he will tell us what he knows about Helen Brach Murder! At that time they said it was Bailey who killed her. They said since Jayne was a close confident of Bailey when he is in jail for a long time he will tell us what we want about Bailey to lessen the jail time on himself. Then came along the real big lie of Joe Plemmons saying 10 people where involved in killing her.They wanted the Helen Brach murder solved so bad they gave Plemmons immunity from shooting her and most of the people Plemmons said killed her are dead. That leaves Pleemons with immunity from the murder. My father,Matlick and Jayne. They know that Matlick will never talk to anyone unless he has to, they have the Jaynes painted so bad by media and books about the Jayne Gang ( HORSE MAFIA) and my Father who 12 years ago never said anything about the most stupid News story maybe ever put on TV. So they figure they would get a trial for The Helen Brach Murder and paint my Father as a bad cop who was around the stable alot and close to Jayne. The jury would see all the stories about Frank Jayne and paint a picture as is written in books about his uncle Silas paying off policemen and if you ever saw Matlick (He looks like a murderer) . Then they would come up with their eviedence which looks as far as my Father is concerened of alot of really criminal figures who have been paid money, let out of jail, given money for their drugs, kept out of jail and some paid alot of money to say what the Feds wanted to here to go along with there fabricated story! I know what they have been up to and it is very very sick looking! We have uncovered many lies and have people that will testify about these lies. So the only people who would be testifying for the prosecution would be patological liars,scum, covicts and drug addicts.ect… My Father has many people who would of testified for him who are almost all very good people who have never committed a crime. At this point if they indicted my father and had a trial they would look like Morons. But Joe, the media and the Feds seem to only be interested in sensationalism and not THE TRUTH!!! In truth at this moment their plan has been uncovered. I have been showing you that through the comuter it is amazing how much info anyone could get to see exactly how they disgrace to our country ivestigation has been put together. I feel the key to all of these lies was they never in their wildest dreams knew about me! Remember 12 years ago my family was totally disgusted with that news report about my Father but we figured it would go away so the Feds figured our family would not figure out their lies. The feds have changed so many times who they thought killed Helen Brach and have spent 28 years spending possibly 100s of million and the only way they can save face or look great is to convict someone for her murder.
