He was a Farrier. He has never commited a crime!He has openly talk to the Feds many times in the past. In the future I am sure he will never again openly talk to Feds with out a lawyer present. He has nothing to hide that is why he never hired a lawyer in the past.For 20 years on the police force putting lots of overtime in and working different jobs he would rarely ever go out to socialize. As a boy he had some wonderful memories of riding horses and since he had worked very very hard to raise 2 kids and now he saw his future much better. He descided to have some fun and began jumping horses and began to have allitle lif outside working. He got married at 17 and my Mom and him are about to ceibrate their 50th anniversary! By the way a week does not go ny that more and more of my parents friend and myn are comming forward in support of my Dad. By the way these friends have no criminal record at all!!! Just like my Father!!! Once in a while when I was very young my Dad would find a little time and take me horseback riding. Horses are now in my blood and I wish more people could be a sweet as many of my horse friends. I also have been a Farrier for about 15 years and love it. I have built a great reputation and now I have to go to work knowing that many of these people thinking I am the son of a murderer. My Father was smart and set me up with some very good Farrriers who had taught alot of people. I was a little shocked that I have gotten better at it than I thought I would.Thank God there are alot of people who really respect me as a Farrier and would I think never quetion my caracter. I go to sleep everynight knowing I have done the best job I can and know I know nothing and want to always learnas much as I can from others.

A certain Tv station broke the story in jan 2005 and ran it relentlessly for a few days. The Helen Brach Murder has been solved and the to people who are responsible are Frank Jayne and a former Skokie Police Sgt Then a couple of days after this I thought something very very interesting happened. A new very big story came out on every Chicago news channel. Steven Manning an Ex Chicago Policeman framed for murder by the FBI. He spent 8 YEARS on Death Row and now was awarded 6.5 Million against 2 FBI agents who FRAMED him. He is next going to sue the FBI. Are you using a pill gun or just using the squash kitty between the knees, pry mouth, and jam finger with pill down throat method? Oh… and a little funny to go with the whole kitty & pills story. My friend/co-worker at the clinic had a kitten poop in her scrub pocket this afternoon. Seems that the kitten squirmed itself loose while having the pill gun jammed into its mouth, ran around the clinic, was finally scooped back up, and received its drontal tab (while one tech pinned it down and the other shot the tablet in with the pill gun)… at sometime during this madness, he pooped in my friend’s pocket!

I am the son of the Former Skokie Police Seargent accussed by Joe as the one who killed Helen. I know my Dad like no one else knows him. Iknow his finances comletely and I have never seen any eveidence of even a few thousand $ out of the ordinary. My buddy Joe says he was paid 350 thousand to 750 thousand to kill Helen that first of all is the first sick lie out of many!!!I have gone over more than 30 years of his tax returns and everything is in order.My Father has never met this moron Joe, he has never met Helen, never met Matlick or the Spilatroe’s.My Father has been audited years back.That great chicago reporter 12 years ago went down to Mexico to interview him and my Dad did not want to talk to him. Many of his friends where keeping a look out to see when Gowdy was gone so my Dad could go about his life. So my Dad took one little look out his sliding door to see if he they were gone. The reporter got a shot of my Dad peaking out and used that on a news report that my Dad was hiding in Mexico. On that news broadcast they also said that his son who was in college was living at there house in Skokie well I was 34 then and long out of college. They paid different Mexicans to get info, one Mexican they had talking on TV saying some real disgraceful and untrue things about my Father.At the end of this Gowdy newscast he said " I would sure like to see his tax returns" My family and many friends were totally outraged! This reporter totally lied and or did not follow up his information. So Gowdy I figure was real mad that my Dad for no interview and had it in for him for 12 years and then came along THe MOTHER of all LIES and Gowdy ate it up!! He is the only reporter to use my Dad’S name over,over and over again. The Tribune mentioned that his name should not be used because he was not indicted. But by now even when the Tribune just said the Former Skokie Police SGT many people already knew who he was talking about.We thought the 12 year ago story would go away but that man and all these SICK LIARS had other ideas. I hardly ever saw my Father when I was little because he was always working many jobs to create a good future for his family. I could tell you alot more that would show you more of his caractor but I do not want these liars to here it because they are very clueless or some things would not have been put on TV. The lies and missinformation go way,way past this. You would not believe how the reporting could be so off!!!.I will tell you one more thing I told snowbird, There are a couple of people that were told by the Feds that my Fathers Dad and Mom went to visit Silas Jayne in jail and at least one of them will testify to this, My Grandfather died when I was 4 that was 42 years ago and my grandmother never met Silas. That story is really nothing compared to other lies in legal docuements. Which by the way on almost everything they have accused my Dad of we have proof did not happen. Anything we can not prove ,they have no proof of. I have absolute proof that my Dad was in this country every year. The story I already told you about him comming in 2003only to pick up his ailing wife and has not been here since is another added to there manymanymany lies. My Dad was in town in 2oo3 for 4 months. Tell me if you can listen to anything this repoter has to say. I think some people have their HEADS SO FAR UP OTHERS BUTTS THEY CAN NOT SEE AT ALL !!!Also I am in the horse business and have to be at work everyday feeling like alot of people think my Dad is a murderer!! How often did Lee go to the stable—I can tell you almost every day–and he would often have dinner often with Frank Jr. For you to say Lee Reiter did not know Joe Plemmons–Who’s the con man now? Joe Plemmons did alot of bad things, I think everyone knows that BUT there is a truth here and what you are saying is not part of that.
