I will save some of you researching time. I have sent out alot of info I have pick up over the months. If this person feels you are on the side of Truth they will send it to you. Joe I have been thinking! I would like to give you a chance to get some more things off your chest! Also I might reming you that our buddy tigerpaw who called me the con man is the first person in my my life who has called me that!But it does not feel bad at all because if I was a betting man that was Joe attemting to through us all off with his first statement that Joe Plemmons did not say he shot Helen Brach. So that comment comming from Joe is a desperate attempt to stop this thread or to shut me up so I do not ruin his new con. Some of you are still clueless. Many of you wanted the thread to end. I posted earlier, then deleted it…I don’t have a full understanding of what we are dealing with here. Just a word of caution though, this is all discoverable. Anyone who is making comments, reporting “facts” as they think they know them, etc., etc., on this VERY public forum, is opening him/herself up to the “legal” process. After 24 pages (and I only skimmed through the last few), there seem to be some harsh exchanges. Just keep in mind what you are saying, where and to whom.

Relax goldy! Alcohol is a depressant. That’s why it is used to quiet agressive defensive behavior. It inhibits natural characteristics as a depressant which is why the shy person can become a “good time charlie”.
There are happy drunks and sad drunks.However, in truth an alcoholic has an allergy to alcohol which causes a reaction like a mosquito bite. It itches and you have scratch it by consuming more alcohol. Psycho babel is just another way to demean someone so let it go. You don’t need to defend yourself.

goldy you are to be commended there are not a lot of kids who would be so dedicated to helping their Dad. Looks like all’s quiet on the crooked front for awhile by past patterns I would suspect we will hear more in January when Joe is cavorting down in Wellington trying to sell his wares.
houndsRus there are not drugs that can deal with everything contrary to popular conceptions. Sometimes friendship and kindness are even more valuable as a cure to any sense of having been abused by the system. Your highhanded insinuation that this is a illness does not contribute to general the welfare. Rather you become an enabler because you have to be proved wrong. Compassion and empathy are gifts I guess not everyone has them.
ok…on to things less philosophical and thus easier to paint in black and white! 
A few notes about trusts. I know little on the subject, but here goes. I’m guessing that:
When Frank Brach died, he had a trust and will which automatically set up the Helen Brach Trust, of which Helen and her accountant were co-trustees.(per the court tv web site). When her trust was funded, she then set up the private charitable foundation to benefit animal welfare groups. Private foundations have to conform to state and federal regulations regarding how the funds are handled in order to maintain their tax advantage, and avoid bringing severe tax penalties upon themselves. However, unlike public charitable organizations, like the Lung Association, Cancer charities, etc, who accept public donations, the private foundations do not accept public money, so are not as stringently regulated.
The creator of the charitable trust or foundation (a corporation or individual) can fund with assets such as cash or common stock. If the Brach foundation was funded with stock that Helen had inherited, the growth in value of that stock would cause the net worth of the foundation to rise accordingly, with a very low tax rate on profits.
In addition to this foundation, Helen maintained her own, possibly revocable, trust. Info on that is private and only available to the courts or law enforcement officials, I believe.
Since this gets a little complicated, and MONEY may very well be at the root of it all, lets see if we can recruit a trust and wills lawyer to help us out. 
Goldy it’s a fact of life that no one in this world over the age of 1 month is ever sqeaky clean. We have our secrets and regrets. To be better than those blood suckers is really not the challenge.
I don’t think anyone disagrees with you that Joe Plemmons for what ever reason named your Dad and yet he seems to have no way of know such if he wasn’t there and his only contact was to dispose of the body. That is without much doubt agreed. I would think in the previous records you Dad’s name doesn;t appear because he may have been a witness and there is no evidence other than Joe Plemmons.
I think we all agree that there are over zealous reporters who may twist the truth to their advantage. I think we all agree the record show that the FBI has used some less than stellar techniques in building cases. Generally, we don’t mind because it’s a bad guy.
Frequently, we forget that it can be an innocent person.
No doubt in the Chicago of those days someone fleecing lonely widows that were rich wasn’t and urgent issue. The death of the boys is a much bigger issue. I think we care about Helen Brach not because she was rich but because she was like us and wanted to blow the whistle on the scumbags.
I think we could learn some new things if we follow the trail of who benefited the most if Helen Brach’s body was never found. That gave someone 7 years to do something.
I think we might if possible follow the trail of the money from Silas. It seems he was a millionaire who never paid taxes. That in itself shows some very important contacts. If it was kept in a shoe box in the closet who had access to the closet.
Goldy unless Snowbird was sitting with you while you typed in the beginning of this thread, she too would have no way of knowing who you really are. Emails are easy, ie: all the spam mail we get on a daily basis. No way there to verify anything. Unless a Mod comes on here, and says YES he’s who he says he is, its just typed words. Mods?? Like so many of the BB threads are.
The only question thats been answered is you are supposedly the Skokie Ill. Sgt’s son. No name, heck. Your father is ill, been in the press. You want him exonerated, understandable. Why after 20 years, would the feds want to throw him in jail? He’s an old man, using the Patriot Act would be wasting tax money to say the least. He could become worse, not usable as a witness or anything. There’s just a feeling, this is only the tip of the proverbial ice berg. And not with the Helen Brach murder either.
Remember I have some more very key info on this case that will only be put out at the right time. But I will incourage any of you to realease the damming evidence you have to expose these Rats! Enemy do not get too excited about do anything at all to me because remember I have a logical and illogical system of writing and tapes that will be realeased if you try anything funny. You people use these kind of tatics so I must be very careful how I have gone about this.

By the way I did not lead anyone around I was the one who felt manipulated. I am not Holy. I am just an ordinary person who put what I think are a few wonderful lines out there that inspire me. I did not create their words of wisdom but I sure need a lot of reminders on how to live my life to the fullest. Which by the way often a fall very short of.
