How about a matchy matchy fashion show thread?

That looks fantastic on him; I love the little tongue sticking out!

Looks to fit a monoflap ok too. Always good to know!

I think it is just double or triple layered mesh stitched over a thin piece of foam. Mine has the same backing. The only thing that annoyed me was that when my mare was shedding out, the mesh would “grab” the hairs and they would get embedded in the pad.

What a good boy standing for pics. I love his little tongue too.

FWIW, Pikeur/Eskadron’s “Silk Purple” color is a very, very close match so if you don’t find this pad, those will match. Trainer has been showing in this ensemble (with that exact pad) this season.

oooh good to know! I did manage to apply pressure to my husband to get the pad for xmas so looking forward to that arriving… but you can never have too much of a color you love!

Thank you!!! I’m pretty smitten but I’m also really biased :slight_smile:

So gorgeous!! Do you like the bridle? I’ve been wanting one of these

I think a light blue would be pretty on your boy.

That one is PS of Sweden. Mattes also makes a pretty light blue, too.

I think that pad would look great on him too! I’ve got it on my Christmas list.

@stb Equestrian Stockholm (not that I am obsessed) has a Desert Rose color that matches him exactly.

Also any kind of sage or olive green would be great!

Where can I find the red chili set with matching polos?

Lemieux Chili? https://www.lemieuxproducts.com/ca/collections/colour/chilli

Alright, so I have a yearling (obviously not ridden) and may have gotten a LeMieux Fig set for him. I thought I was marked safe from saddle pad hoarding due to having a non-rideable horse of my own (I do ride others, but don’t shop for them). I am not safe. To be fair, I have been waiting for LeMieux to come out with a Fig color for ages, and of course they did right as I sold my ridden horse

I do need to introduce him to things on his legs though, just in the event he should need a thing on his leg (God forbid he gets an injury or something).

I just got this ES Golden Brown pad in their sale:

It matches the Le Mieux ear bonnet perfectly!

I wouldn’t think I’d like the brown on a brown horse but it’s really lovely.

So sorry, I thought I already responded to this.

I like the bridle design, but I wouldn’t say the leather is good quality. Mine cracked about a month in along the cheek straps and the throat latch.

It wouldn’t be too hard to make the noseband, which is really the only unique thing about this bridle. You could easily attach the noseband to any regular bridle.

Someone handy could take this and sew D-rings to each side and it would essentially be the same thing, just significantly cheaper:
