Charges are brought against people and held in jail, even denied bond, all the time before they have their cases heard. They are still presumed innocent, until proven guilty. This info is public information. Also, as someone else pointed out, many times the statue of limitations has passed, so they can not be charged in a criminal court. You can easily look up the statutes in all states.

I think it’s worse to molest, rape, and sodomize children. Why don’t you put on your thinking hat for a minute and explain to us what “proof” you feel you’re entitled to? There was an investigation, professionals who get paid to determine if there is validity to the claims make a determination, and the rule on what happens to the accused. What more do they owe to any of us? We have no right to know what goes on in a private hearing. We have no rights to victims names, stories, or any evidence they may have.

While we’re on the subject, let’s talk about evidence in cases of pedophilia. Do you really think these predators go around making sure there are witnesses? Wiping their semen on their victims underwear to be preserved? A lot of cases in this country are not prosecuted because there is a lack of PHYSICAL evidence. That doesn’t mean the abuse didn’t happen.

So again, what proof do you want?
