Betsy…Allegria will be picked apart, and that’s okay. It can be a good thing, but remember to take the criticism for what it is as people posting do not know her show record…and how she was not “professionally” trained by the BNTs.
From getting her as foal (and with you as a little kid yourself) you’ve done a fantastic job. To take her to #22 nationally A/O 3’3" in just a year is commendable. Your VHSA standing at 11 isn’t shabby either. Frankly, that’s pretty amazing doing this all by yourself…
Glad you want to keep improving the ride and find her the right “boyfriend”.
Hope your first year at Va Tech vet school goes great! [/QUOTE]
I appreciate all the critiques for sure, and welcome them.
She’s also 1st in MD and PA and 2nd in the zone in the 3’3" A/O. In addition to being 1st in PA and 2nd in MD in the 3’3" PreGreen division against all the professionals, so for her first full year showing I couldn’t be more pleased!!
I’m sad to be missing out on all the great shows back home that are going on but I need some way to support my mare and expensive habits.
Continued thanks to everyone who has messaged me and posted here helping out.
3Dogs-believe me my friends and myself included are all saying “we should have been an MD” pretty much every day
