It may be the oldest University in the Western World. Very famous for law and medicine, IIRC.
i had a sacammer did the same thing you did and got a cheque
then i gave it all to the police web internet squad-- as they are trying to stop scammers as its a fraudlent crime
i look up the addresses you posted becuase se17 is the part of london i come from
which is the south east
the road and post code no do exsist but wether they are businesses or not i dont knoe
as for citizen bank the royal bank of scotland is a bank but when you put in the post code as here in uk the royal bank of scot is blue
when you put in the post code of the bank its green and in usa/ or ireland and not in england
the english police would be very interested and perhaps work with the usa police where you are
i would take it all to your local police department and let them take it up andddeal with it ncluding your recieved cheque letter and enverlope as i had done
they will look into it as like i said its fraudulent crime
they all have internet web police that concentrate on crime on the internet ie porn, scams, businesses, etc etc

 I just got done reading the whole thing. Good lord!!! How hilarious is this!!? What do you plan to do now? I would turn him in.
i’m all done catching up on this one.
The op now owes me a new computer screen and some knickers. between the spewing and the laughing/peeing…
Just tell the dumb jack@$$ that you couldn’t go thru with it but he’s SOL. See how freeked out he gets before you tell him you’ve been jerking his chain.
I cold, but nah…
I would rather let him stew and think of the consequences every time he tries to scam someone else.
Well of course you’re “cold”…you’re no longer among the living!!!
Oops! Cold…and I thought I would burn in he!! for this
Don’t despair, people. Amwrider is alive and well – It is Arby Dale and her tatongas who have met a sad demise. RIP, Arby Dale.
I agree - Citizen’s should be very interested in that check. Also, that routing number - I’ve been out of the industry for a long time but if I recall, routing numbers always have 9 digits. That one only has 6.
This is too funny.
But I have to admit, I read Arbordale Riding Academy as “Adorable” Riding Academy.
I think you should create a new Yahoo addy and pretend to be your own lawyer. Tell him that all the emails you two exchanged where still on your computer at the time of your “death”. Since “your lawyer” is the executor of your tiny little estate “your lawyer” is gathering up all information pertaining to it. Then tell him that you have contacted the FBI and Interpol and that he is wanted for questioning in your death… Looked a little too much like a staged suicide…

…OR tell him that he has been named as the only heir of the estate (worth millions because of a insurance policy) and for a small fee paid upfront, you (the lawyer) will send the remaining millions to him.
LMAO That would be hilarious! However, I wonder if it would be a good idea to pretend to be a lawyer if the authorities are looking into it. It would be funny though!

OK, so I don’t know which is more sheer genius, this or Pat’s idea…both just fabulous!!!
Greetings Mr. Vanderhul. I apologise for not returning your email promptly, I was attending the funeral of my prior employer, Ms. Arby Dale. She was a much loved and admired horsewoman in the area and I am still weeping about the circumstances of her murder. Ms. Peacock and Col. Mustard discovered her body in the office with a candlestick which someone used to bludgeon her to death. The entire community is in shock and all of our neighboring stables are on careful watch. The authorities have been very hushed about the investigation, but I believe they are looking for someone overseas as a suspect.

I have assumed management of the facility for her family, but only until a buyer is found for the business.

I would be pleased to tutor your son, Paul, in the sport of horse riding. Please bear in mind that while I would like to commit to a 6 month enrollment in our riding academy, the business is for sale and I do not know if the buyer would assume the current lesson business or if the buyer would maintain a private stable. If the buyer is not able to assume the clientele, we would refund the unused portion of the lesson fees and refer you to another local establishment for completion of the course.

A six month course would cost $3,600 US. Please do not send funds via our website’s PayPal option as the authorities have seized the bank account and have frozen the bank records as part of the murder investigation. We ask for cash or check.

Please mail to:

Andrea Whiting

c/o Arbordale Riding Academy

7209 Mushinski Rd

Tampa, FL 33625

Thank you for your inquiry and your business. Should you wish to make a donation, Ms. Arby Dale was a great patron of the arts, and was an equine artist in her own right and we ask that donations be made to the Chronicle of the Horse Foundation for the ASCII Arts in her name.

Thank you and God Bless.
Oh lordy, not another!  I think you should have mentioned that Charles Owen’s son, also 14 yrs old and named Paul, and also from Brugge, Belgium was coming over and by any chance was he aware of it? And did the boys know each other and possibly have the same previous riding instructor?
Alas, poor Arby Dale. We knew her, Horatio.
What a hoot. Although I’m not in the least surprised about that Colonel Mustard character. I always thought he was not exactly on the up and up.
