I’m very happy to hear that the vet visit was a positive one. Your Vet seems like a good’un.
You’re a good’un yourself. Your beasts are lucky to have you.

She is, I dunno what I’ll do when she retires as she’s in her 50s and I know she wants to… Sigh.

:partying_face:Glad your herd passed muster w/o too much financial Ouch.
I was putting off my annual vax until July when I’ll be able to afford it.
But vet insisted on May - for her convenience - said ok to pay later.
Still :money_with_wings:, but I can pay in 2 installments.

Local vet here kept retiring… For probably 10yrs. He finally did, in his mid-70s.
My vet is early 40s, but her burnout is palpable.
She stopped taking new clients about a year ago & only very recently has given herself some dearly-earned & richly-deserved time off from 24/7 availability.
We have a real shortage of Large Animal vets here.
Choices are:
1 who ghosts clients on the regular
2 who are not licensed in my state - located just minutes across the border in the next
& local vet college, an hour from me.

I’m so glad it went well. Mini donks demand to be high maintenance creatures. Honestly, one is enough for us. Two would be a lot. You’re brave. Tony says “hi” to your two donkeys.

How do you say no to those faces. If I owned them they would have no manners and be as fat as ticks, I wouldn’t be able to say no

I mean that’s sort of accurate, tbh.

I am not sure I can fully tell their cuteness with just one photo. We need more photos to be sure.

I will specifically get some pics and/or video after work because you asked

Sorreeeeeee… I’m on central time for training this week and was in bed by 710pm. I forgot. Heck I barely stayed in my lane on the way home  Mea culpa, I’ll make it up this weekend!

Stay safe!

Definitely not enough.

Being as cute as a Burrito has to be is very hard, it takes much nourishment.

Argie was positive for Cushings (not surprised really) so he’s on a quarter tab of prascend. Now he gets more than sympathy-pellets when Odie gets his half tab of equioxx  This is why I cringe when ppl want donkeys or mini donkeys as cheap companion animals :zipper_mouth_face:

But they ARE cute!
