I would not recommend Just Riding. I just recently tried to order a saddle from them. I was so excited that I found just the Stubben saddle I was looking for. I placed my order with them with the measurements I needed. Their customer service emailed me right away thanking me for my purchase. A few days later I spoke with my Stubben rep. She advised me to cancel my order, since after doing some homework on her end, she told me they weren’t registered with Stubben North America or Germany, and that if there were any issues with my saddle there would be nothing she could do about it. She also informed me that the price I paid was the price it cost to manufacturer the saddle and wasn’t sure how it was that they were able to charge that. Without proof that it was actually a fake in some way, I decided to heed her advice and cancel my order. Just Riding informed me that all of their saddles are custom and that once an order was placed it could not be refunded. The saddle is not “custom” as there have been no alterations to it. When ordering I simply provided a tree width and seat size. When I explained to them why I wanted my order canceled they told me they were apauled that someone would claim that and that they would request to be registered with Stubben right away. I requested verification from Stubben from them and the saddle ID number before they ship my order (since it was being manufactured just for me
Oh they also gave me a “satisfied” customer’s email that purchased one of their other Stubben saddles so that I could contact her about it. I did send an email but haven’t heard back from them either.
Nice to know that 5 years later they still see no issues whatsoever with giving out customer information to other customers.
Honestly can’t believe people are still shopping with them.
I wish I had done my research before shopping with them. I won’t be making that mistake again.
Giving out other people’s information? That is just insane. There has to be a law against that!
